was a bit shocked when I saw the size of the room and a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. appart from being very close to thr airport it doesn't have much else going for it. the inclusive breakfast was handy and they have a vehicle that can take you to the airport.

The complimentary UNLIMITED breakfast was very good with UNLIMITED CUPS of tea and with free of cost FOOD every morning. The staff was very attentive. A nice, perfect place to stay in Kolkata very near to the Airport.

Do not stay in this hotel, highly unhygienic and most unprofessional staff... had a very bad experience. The rooms and bathrooms are very dirty... accounts have no clue how to function. You can keep requesting about simple things like cleaning your room but no one will listen. I was made to pay at the hotel even if my payment was taken care by the travel agent, the agent even showed me the pay in slip scan copy once I was back from the trip. Highly unprofessional on hotels part.

Had to stay overnight in this pathetic hotel to catch the morning flight back home from Kolkata, though it is in the prime location very near to the airport..the service quality is extremely bad and gross. the morning breakfast being complimentary is neglected by the hotel management and is very very bad....with very few options...cornflakes with milk, poha, tea, bread toast with butter....and to add on there were no tea cups for the tea, no milk for the cornflakes, and poha dipped in too much oil....also no table knife to put butter on the toast. The rooms are still okay but the tariff charged is too high for it. The bathroom amenities are very very old and dirty. The lift had some personal revenge with all the guests of the hotel..it worked while going down..but never worked while coming up...so had to take the stairs everytime. food was okay.

I had a late flight in and an early departure so needed an airport hotel. Firstly, getting here: For some reason the price for a taxi here from the pre-paid booth is about 75% of the price it would cost to get down-town (at least 5 or 6 times the journey length). I then had the usual arguments with the driver as he tried to take me elsewhere or con me into a higher fare. The term "pre-paid" not quite sinking in with him, but I applaud his persistence! :-)

Upon arrival, the building looks quite shabby, and the interiors are quite shabby to say the least. But it was not a honeymoon so that did not matter. Given its a hotel airport, I was irritated to be told there was no late-night food available.

The room itself was fine, reasonably spacious and comfortable, with functioning a/c and cable TV. The bedsheets were very worn and I was worried about bugs etc but did not experience anything to back up those fears! The bathroom was okay, and despite not being aesthetically pleasing, everything worked and I could shave.

One big annoyance was continual early morning knocks on the door, waking me up for unwanted room-service, laundry etc. I did not have time for breakfast in the morning and upon check out they tried to sting me for some extra bottles of water I had not ordered. But we are only talking RS 50 or so so it could have been a simple error..
