There are not many good places to eat in Darjeeling and during our visit many of those recommended were mysteriously closed. Hasty Tasty however, was a reliable place to fall back on. It is tasty, but not hasty, because some of the dishes require more cooking time. There's a lot to choose from on the self service menu and everything we ate there was delicious, especially the tali. The tables could be cleaner and the music less blaringly awful, but the buzz of the place tells that they're doing something right here.
