While we were regulars at TGKF a some time ago, we went again after a gap of about two years. The food is still good but somehow some of it is not quite what our memory told us to expect. For example, the galouti kabab was good enough for me to ask for a repeat, but that "simply melts in the mouth" quality was not what it used to be.
During the early part of the meal, the service was disappointing -- our guest from overseas was in a bit of a limbo for about ten to fifteen minutes when nothing landed on her plate, in spite of a couple of reminders. However, subsequently things improved tremendously and the service was back to its normal high standards.
Worth an occasional visit.
