“Natural food lovers paradise”
Reviewed January 9, 2013

For a person who is a full time non vegetarian, it was a pleasant change to have lovable yet different vegetarian food. The food that we had, started with 4 drinks and then 24 different preparations starting from semi cooked food, vegetables and then you move to brown rice with a little traditional kulambu, rasam and thayir. Personally i liked the food. Service was good and they explain you every food as they serve. The cost is Rs. 250 for a thali and also a la carte menu is also available.

“Great presentation of health(y) food”
Reviewed November 14, 2012

If you are interested in exploring non-oily foods, and wish to understand what slow food and slow-eating is all about, have a meal at Sanjeevanam called Rajakeeyam (regal), in pleasant ambience. It's a pure vegetarian meal served traditionally on a banana leaf. Imagine having 28 different preparations served to you in the course of a 6-course meal. (5 types of liquids, raw fruits and vegetables, cooked vegetables, rice and curries, payasam (kheer), all of these topped by a spoonful of honey). The only item that you could possibly binge on is rice...

When you pay up the bill, your purse will not feel lighter. Nor your tummy heavier! To me, this 'regal' offering is always a welcome change from the calorie-rich fare usually on offer in restaurants.
