A wonderful dinner with family. As always, the paneer at Pind is really awesome ! Ordered for a Tandoori Khazana Platter as usual and found a few items to be really hot (mirchi). Told the waiter that it was too spicy for the kids and he gave us a plate of Malai paneer tikka that the kids relished and very politely took our feedback. When we ordered the main course, he also suggested a subzi that is less spicy and it was wonderful ! The service was very good and so was the food.
This restaurant remains as one of our favorite places in and around Velachery.

Had been with my wife to Pind.nice place for having a quiet veg lunch or dinner with your loved ones . The service was good. The ambience was nice. Had the lunch buffet and taste was very good. Only problem is that spice is added more in some dishes. Pls inform the waiter to reduce the spice.overall food and ambience was very good

good place for punjabi vegetarian though i cannot say authentic punjabi food. Their lunch table buffet is good with good option for starters and salads. though parathas and naans were cold. staff were friendly and even though it is table buffet it is unlimited serving of starters, salads and main course. good place for a quick lunch.

Very lavish menu with cross cuisine options. Good service and very tasty food. The Pan icecream and the Malai Paneer are must eats.

Overall, if Veg north Indian food is what you want, This place fits the bill.

We were a group of 10 ppl and went on a team lunch outing to this place. What we saw and tasted surely did not disappoint us.
At the outset, the ambience was fairly good. The seating was a mix of contemporary as well as traditional “Dhaba” style seating.
Even on weekdays, the place filled up fast during peak lunch time. So for a large group, a prior reservation is definitely advisable.
As for the food itself was very much among the good quality Punjabi foods available in Chennai. The preparations of soup, rotis, and side dishes were all well upto the mark with the Paneer side dishes proving to be an absolute delighter. However, prices were on a higher side though.
The staff was generally courteous, but was very restrictive in accommodating guest’s request. After exhausting the meagerly provided complimentary papad, few of us casually requested for a few extra ones. The staff was quick in giving us a lesson on restaurant policy on not entertaining such requests. It took a little haggling with the staff to “convince” them to oblige our request.
But for this, our dining at this place was thoroughly enjoyable.
