My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a friend's wedding and liked the location. It was very close to the shopping districts!

The restaurant downstairs was great, good food and friendly staff. However I was put off by stand standard of the bathrooms within the room, customer service at reception (not friendly and not willin to help with basic requests) and the room service. These staff get irritated quickly and could not do simple laundry services for us!

Although the rooms served the purpose of our trip (mainly to keep our baggage and sleep) the bathroom needs improvement. They are damp, unclean, need basic items such as toilet paper, soap and functioning taps!

If you are looking for a hotel that is close to the shops and just to come back to rest to this is highly recommended, but if you are looking for the finer details, your best bet is to go elsewhere!

Plan to stay for 4 nights but ended up staying for 1 night. Overall the hotel looks OK but the bathroom lighting needs improvement. The shower corner flooring were so slippery and walls were very dirty. Felt disgusting. The receptionist girls looks pretty but too portrayed sour face as thought I owe them money. The boys who work on graveyard shift were very friendly and helpful. Guess the girls need to be trained by these boys.

Sad to note a hotel on the second visit can fall with it's services:
- The room was below standard in cleanliness, even a soap upholster is missing.
- Complimentary bottle of water just vanished, as not considered important any more for the management.
- For room service had to wait more than 2 hours (just a biryani dish), as the attendant forgot to place the order.
- In Bar no AC as they decided to fix it during the evening, rather utilizing the day time.
- The Hotel doesn't keep the guest record, so even a repeated guest is never recognized and considered valued.

Fortunately, Front office service still exists and sadly they are the only one who are taking the load of all the hotel guests complains.

Hotel location makes them important, otherwise one can forget about this declining place.

I stayed before many times.
Used to be a good hotel, now needs room maintenance. No free WI-FI. On request given 1 hour only, not enough for a day. Breakfast buffet service but quality not satisfactory.

we stayed from 25th to 27th of March, 2013. it is located at T nagar busy business centre close to temples, shopping malls for south indian textiles(sarees especially), jewellery mart etc. hotel is ok nothing great to talk about in regard to amibience in the rooms, cleanliness and hygene in the restaurant areas. but service is ok.

over all ok but not recommend unless one would like to do shopping.

Room Tip: better to opt for rooms in the middle.

Overall, value for money, convenient location, good choice of tasty food selection at the rooftop restaurant. Ground floor restaurant needs improvement. Breakfast spread was very plain & the same.
However, one senior supervisor (clad in black suit) kept lingering around us at both restaurants, and asked us for our local currency as souvenir on the first day. Before our trip back, he asked for money as souvenir.We felt very uncomfortable as he was trying to peek into my husband's wallet & can' t seem to get his eyes off us until he got his 'souvenir'.

The hotel is in excellent location in T Nagar. It's good if you want to concentrate on shopping. Hotel is clean, but bathroom floors are marble. They are slippery when wet, so be careful. Otherwise food is also good , we had thali meal and it was so delicious. The dinner is roof top restraurant was good. Try the Rashmi kabab or Kalmi kabab. You'll go back asking for more.
There was no soap given, and I heard a customer complaining. Improve on your service and it would be good.
