I stayed here from October 10,2012 evening to October 12,2012 for conducting a workshop. First the positives 1. Clean and bright rooms 2. Functional Bathroom 3. Fairly fast Room Service 4. Banquet personnel are considerate and professionals. The NOT SO POSITIVES 1. Despite being in heartland of South India, no South Indian items on menu at Dinner. The order taker tried to push plain rice and gravy as South Indian. If one is traveling for long and craves for his or her kind of food, this is not the place. One tip is there is a Sangeeta and A2B at stones throw and they off good options. 2. On both the days of my stay the breakfast items spread at the buffet were 100% same. No change at all. When pointed I was asked to give my complaint in writing so that the Steward can take it up with their management. 3. They are more worried about their money and the Restaurant Staff does not know how to gauge customers and the people manning restaurant are kids. 4. Laundry there was a confusion and got sorted out only on my intervention. I also found the clothes to be a wee bit 'wet' 6. Order Taker at Room Service did not listen fully. I asked for no spice in my vegetable, but it was spicy and I couldn't eat. 7. Not much attention paid at Check out too excepting customary question of how was your stay. Overall I liked the rooms and their Room Service menu was the least likeable.
