This hotel had good water pressure & great shower heads which is rare in Indian hotels. The beds were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent.
Would definitely stop here again when next in Jaipur.

Only complaint was a mix up with our room booking which was sorted out quickly & to our satisfaction.

We (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed 2 nights here. We found the hotel very comfortable, conveniently located for sight-seeing and good value for money. Our room on the 8th floor was spacious. The rooftop pool was small, but cute.
Service was prompt. The staff were able to attend to all our requests promptly and efficiently. Food was good. The chef even prepared a non-spicy chicken dish specially for the kids, because all the options in the lunch buffet were spicy.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was a surprise. As we entered Jaipur from Agra by road, it was already dark, it took us approx 45minutes to find out the hotel. The hotel is located at a corner where you cross different alleys to reach. They don't have enough signages in the city pointing their way. Service and staff were excellent, warm, hospitable. The restaurant staff was really good and helpful. When our food was delayed in dinner, the restaurant manager came on his own and apologised and offered one soup complimentary to each of us; that was nice. They have adjoining cineplex and mall, which is also a big help for foreigners like us. Only disappointment was, you have to pay for wi-fi service in room. To my experience, at the price we paid for our stay, I would say it was complete value for money and a 5 star experience.

Room Tip: I don't know; I wouldn't know the difference

Staying here in Golden Tulip with a party of approx 106 ladies following a charity bike ride through Rajesthan we were thrilled at the cleanliness and size of our rooms. However outside of that problems encountered have been numerous. Far too few sunbeds at pool, service even by Indian standards excruciatingly slow plus wine supplies poor. Worst thing was having to leave restaurant to pay by card in reception floors below as no card machine!!!!! 4 star - I don't think so......Would certainly not recommend to others as lack of supplies and service really spoilt our stay here and staff seemed not to care.

This is a very nicely appointed hotel that we enjoyed very much. The staff couldn't do enough to help my disabled wife. The restaurant staff were excellent and the food was great.
The hotel is located outside the town centre and so there is little choice for restaurants within the local area after 9.00 at night. The hotel staff advised us against walking the local streets after 21.00.

Stayed here for 10 nights, the service was outstanding, every time we walked through the door we were welcomed with warm greetings, the rooms were large for hotel rooms, the breakfast had a great selection and omlettes cooked on request. The pool was well kept and very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Front facing rooms have better views.

We stayed there for 2 nights, understand that this is a rather new hotel. Services are good and the 3 meals that we had in the hotel were all very good and tasty. There was one afternoon we return to the hotel rather late after our sight seeings and there were no more meat dishes left in the buffet table, and the chef went in to the kitchen to cook lamb curry and tandoori chicken just for us. The over all is acceptable and the hotel is clean and pleasant. I've got no bad comments like what the other previous had reviewed! I'll recommend this hotel to my other friends who'll be traveling to Jaipur!
