The hotel is centrally located from where local market, tourist destinations are close and easily accessible. The hotel is value for money, nicely decorated rooms with traditional and amazing wall paintings. We went there after reading reviews on tripadvisor. But may be it was our bad luck tht the room we got first was not tht much clean. The "Razai" (blanket) were not clean and stinking. We changed our room and went to better one but thr..TV was not working. We again changed our room and this time it was best one. Bathrooms are spacious but again bucket and and other accessories were either unavailable or unhygienic. Over all staff was very cooperative and well behaved. You have so many things to watch within the hotel. Its wall paintings with vegetable colours, extreme old collection local kings refreshes you.

Room Tip: Take rooms on second floor for nice space inside and swimming pool facing.

Firstly this is a great hotel, lovely rooms, very clean and quality all around. The pool is very good,Very pleasant small haveli with family portraits on the wall. I was given a delightful room on the second floor overlooking the pool. Bathroom was basic. Free Wi-fi was an added bonus. the rooms being very spacious and beautifully appointed, and clean. There are many areas you can sit in the evening, being either the roof top restaurant. I would definitely recommend Sajjan niwas.

We enjoyed this hotel and stayed here twice on our visit when passing through Jaipur. The rooms are good and there is a nice swimming pool to relax by. The rooftop restaurant is pleasant with simple food. Service is good too.

Very nice hotel, not very expensive and with a fantastic bed! You'll sleep like a maharajah! Just stayed for two nights, I wish I could have stayed more time to enjoy the hotel and its swimming pool. The room was very modern, with all possible amenities, Great location, whether you are on business or personal holiday. The best part of Jaipur to stay in. Pool facing rooms are much a much better experience.. The TV channels are quite limited. There are many prime channels missing. otherwise its a very nice place to stay.
