We stayed here for two nights and we were glad that we hadn't booked to stay here any longer. The room we stayed in was nice but the service was awful. On arrival,it took a long time before anyone came to greet us, and throughout our stay it was also hard to get a hold of anyone at reception. The service was at its worst in the rooftop restaurant, it took almost an hour for us to get two bowls of muesli and the following morning when we ordered the same thing we got servings less than half the size of the morning before. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay here. If you are planning on staying in Jaipur, stay at Hotel Pearl Palace, it's reasonably priced and the rooftop restaurant there is fantastic.

We stayed in this hotel with our two children aged 10 and 7 in March 2012, my sister and her daughter stayed in a room opposite for a week. Its a family owned business, run by two brothers who speak very good english. The rates are very reasonable, the owners are brilliant and couldnt do enough for us, were a fountain of knowledge and the restaurant serves delicious food. Its a good quality budget hotel and if like us your backpacking, it is very close to the bus and train station in which you can get to all the local attractions cheaply.

Close to the train station and in a street with many hotels. The family was helpful. Good service. Good food at rooftop, but not so many options. Good room, but noisy. There is not always hot water. The shower didn't work well.

We enjoyed the stay in this familiy managed guesthouse. The staff members are very friendly, always open for some jokes... It seemed to me that the brothers are locals from Jaipur, they know everything about this city... The beds are veeery comfortable, comparing to others in india... So if you need a rest and good informations about Jaipur and all over Rajasthan, you will enjoy your stay. It is very near to the railway station. There is a vegetarian rooftop restaurant. The rooms are clean, and you get hot shower. There is free wi-fi. Thank you!

Very well maintained, neat & clean rooms with carpet flooring, good enough to keep us warm during the cold winters of Jaipur. The hotel owners were friendly & helpful, they arranged transport for us whenever we had to go out or for sightseeing at a reasonable price. The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant that serves some yummy food.

Great choice for a relaxing stay. The room was clean with warm bedding, needed as it was pretty cold at night. The two brothers that manage the hotel are friendly and knowledgeable about the Jaipur area. We bought a train ticket through them and it was quite easy and the service fee was fair. The rooftop restaurant serves up tasty food and the guys up there are super nice and helpful, even bringing over a small fire to keep us warm at night!

We really enjoyed our stay here, beautifully clean rooms, and wonderful service. Totally recommended, however, there not rickshaw or you will definitely pay more because of commission.
