We were on a trip to Rajasthan and we stayed in this hotel. It is nice place to stay with clean rooms, good food and with all the basic amenities. The location was also very good. We saw good value for money in this hotel as the rooms were in our budget. I would recommend this hotel for people who are looking for good place in lesser money.

This is an excellent hotel. It's perfectlky located within Jaipur, close to the old city. The lobby is pleasant, and the lobby staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is simply but nicely done up, as are the rooms. The rooms are austere, but nice. Television, room safe, clean bathrooms, and wifi access (paid access via the business center).

The restaurant in the hotel is simple but nice.

Overall a great value for Jaipur. I would recommend it without hesitation.

liked the ambience, which is rajasthani heritage setting and especially the courtyard.
the food is simple and nice, but with very little variety.
the room facilities like laundry etc. are very hard to come by.

First impression of the place was not good, as the location is off the main road and prior to turning into the hotel, the cleanliness of the surroundings, especially the smell can be an issue.

However, when you get into the hotel, it is almost like a different world. It is clean and orderly, free from the bad smell of the city. The room we have was on the 3rd floor, 314. It is small but functional, with air-conditioning which come into good use in the afternoon when the heat can be a bit too much even for a Singaporean in winter India. The TV has a good range of channels which is also good if you are not the type who goes out wandering at night and since me and my partner are not into the nightlife scene, we cannot comment if it is anything good in Jaipur.

The food at the restaurant is also good although it is vegetarian (with eggs type) as the nearest eating place (Indian food) can be a distance away. However, there is a Italian restaurant nearby but I did not check it out.

If I am to name one area which the hotel did not do well, it will be the front-line staff. The reception staff can be a bit grouchy when they are busy and are certainly not the most forthcoming bunch I have met during my trip in India. If the attitude of the staff improve, this will certainly be a great place!

When arrived around 5pm and checked in. Our room was very clean and had an extra sofa that we used as a 3rd bed since there was 3 of us. There was a tv, ac, waredrobe and small table in the room. The bathroom was average size and the shower worked great. There was even a fan in the bathroom! The hotel inself was quite large with courtyards and neat corridors. At night there were candles lit along the hallways for ambiance. The next morning we went to the restaurant and ordered breakfast. You order and then can sit out in the garden area and drink chai and eat your breakfast. There was the typical choices, parantha, eggs and toast. All the prices were very inexpensive for a hotel. Even the water was only 20 rupees unlike other hotels that charge you 30 or 40. I also got laundry done. I turned it in at 9am and got it back that night, the prices were very good too compared to other places we stayed. We also paid for 2 hours of WiFi and didn't use all the minutes. You have to pay ahead and then go back to the business center if you didn't use all your minutes to get a refund. For the price it was a very good hotel and I would stay here again. We had no problems whatsoever!

*Rooms here really nicely decorated and lovely relaxing garden to sit in.
*Good price for how clean the rooms and rest of the hotel are.
*However, made to feel like Satan for asking if they sell Beer. (The answer NO)
*Staff really quite rude too, especially the big man on the food counter in the restaurant. We had a flight cancelled and the young chap on reception unhelpful at first when I was freaking out trying to find a room for the night.
*Breakfast was ok but the toast was chewy.
*Great location near MI road and easy to get a rickshaw to the sights.
