Hello, this place is good with good facilities & hospitality. The facilities range from restaurants, living room, balcony, luxuries, conference hall, etcetera............ The atmosphere is present in the evening in the backdrop of the hotel, the interiors are super and the rooms are super too.

LOved this hotel right from starting, Hotel Staff was very helpful and co-operative.. All of them were professionally trained and were teached with good manners and attiques. Hotel ambience and decoram was nice. They have their own restaurant which serves specific dishes and the food was delecious. Its a hotel with great concept and good hospitality. i Recommend this hotel for your visit in JAipur...

Room Tip: Good for all Tourists and Corporates.

We stopped here for a night in May on our way to Delhi and found the hotel to be pretty busy at the reception area and in the middle of Jaipur! However, the old haveli that has been made into a hotel inside has nice cosy rooms that have comfortable beds, nice ac, and clean bathrooms. Once inside the lobby and the rooms they cut you out from the chaos outside and will offer a nice sleep!

I say good value for money although slightly smaller sized rooms!

Room Tip: We booked an Ac Double and it was okay for a stop over journey, if you want to spend more time maybe...

the staff was horrible that s why i put a bad global note review: the hotel itself is quite ok, but staff was not good at all, so that for me has ruined everything!: no hello, no smile, no greetings when you arrive.. cold as ice: first word to me was "passport!" i looked at receptionist and said: hello first would be great no?" When i left hotel 3 days later at 5 in the morning, was worse: they more than ignored me , i felt like they despised m..! not a word, not even a look in the eye, made me wait outside until driver finishes his coffee.. may be because i was a woman traveling alone they though bad things about me.. that' s how i felt especially when leaving the hotel; Also i had ask for a beer one time at the restaurant: the guy didn t even reply to me! i stand there, astonished and waiting... he turned his back on me and never took my order, including my order for dinner!!!!! i guess he didnt like a girl asking for a beer... also when u cross staff in the corridor, cleaning guys etc, i said hello with a big smile, don t even bother to reply!!!! i have never experienced this, and i travel all around the world for business and vacation..! and i am quite a friendly girl:) i had read bad commentaries on trip advisor about staff on this hotel and i hesitated to go; unfortunaly i took wrong decision to go there .. also when u go to internet office to arrange trips, the guys don t care at all.... they constantly look at their phone without answering you, and they laugh at you when u ask a question they consider as stupid or irrelevant .... never return there again... i absolutly don t agree with people telling tHe staff is friendly! ...there are so many hotels in jaipur, think u can avoid this one, except if you don t care at all about how u are treated and considered.: good things :the room is clean, nice garden to have breakfast and dinner, elevator: but terrible view on an horrible wall; ask for a room with a correct viewr. bed quite hard; I must tell to be honest that when i came back few days after i left the hotel ( forgot a paper), they were nice and smiling at reception.. i didnt get it.. too bad they were not like this when i was staying there, cause they proved they can be nice if they want to...

Room Tip: i had a correct small room but horrible view on an horrible wall; i should have asked to change as...

Greetings from all of us here at Arya Niwas Jaipur.

Thank you for taking out the time to write a review.

I am sorry you found us rude, but please bear in mind that a lot of tourists coming to popular tourist destinations in India are taken for a ride by persons that appear to be friendly. Though we should NEVER come across as rude, many guests find it a relief that at Arya Niwas they are not troubled too much by staff personnel asking too many questions or bring overtly friendly.
As you mention the staff at the reception was RESPONSIBLE in taking care of your lost and found and quite friendly in handing it over to you.
Many times it is the lack of understanding, for example as we do not serve beer, maybe the serving staff simply did not understand what you were asking for. Please do not harbour notions that persons here would think bad for a lady guest especially as the hotel is FAMILY OWNED AND MOST OF THE OPERATION ARE MANGED BY LADIES OF THE OWNER FAMILY:)

I am sorry you did not like the way we came across , and as the general manager i assure you that i will try and see to it that we improve on this.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights; it is pretty basic but the rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel has lovely gardens. The food was also pretty basic, but you are close to many restaurants - which are a short walk or a tuk-tuk ride away. There is so much to see and do in Jaipur and the hotel offer lots of advice on day trips etc.

Stayed here for 2 nights as a part of a north India tour. Rooms are not luxurious but are clean. The restaurant has great home cooked food at reasonable prices with a lovely veranda and lawn area to sit. Very reasonably prices laundry service and free wifi. Would definitely recommend!

A great hotel for someone on work in Jaipur, especially buyers. Staff are very to the point and not excessively friendly but very efficient. Rooms are tiny but very clean. The hotel provides inexpensive food and although its cafeteria style, it was like home cooked food. Nicely located for all business.

Greetings from all of us here at Arya Niwas Jaipur.

Thank you for taking out the time to write a review and for the kind words. Being a renovated haveli we have rooms of varying sizes and some of them are quite huge as well! Maybe the next time you pay a visit to the lovely city of Jaipur, I can show you a bigger room than the one you used this time.

From all of us, thanks once again for the review and hope to see you again!
