The hotel is a perfect place to stay at a very good budget, also the food in the restro was tasty. the rooms were clean, calm and were having almost everything a 3-4 star hotel should have. The driver accommodation was also included. Though there is some space for upgrading in hotel. Its not a perfect 4 Star hotel to rate.

Still an Recommended hotel for Indians only, as it don't serve non veg food and also not for lavish holiday spenders

Room Tip: the church rooms are good, because of calmness and above all No Direct Sun heat and rays.

The worst hotel is in Mandawa. This one is second worst in our month long tour of India. The rooms were very unclean. I swore my bed had not been changed from the previous guest. My travel partner had to get out the Dettol to clean the tub before she would bathe in it. After vigorous complaints we were moved to a newer section of the hotel and when I turned back the covers, there was another long black hair in the bed. We went to the revolving restaurant for a meal and speculated the rug had never been vacuumed in the past year. The table linens were not fresh or clean and the revolve kept making ominous grinding noises as we viewed the city. It turns out the hotel is completely vegetarian and if you're on the meal plan you are restricted to quite limited choices in the back dining area on the main floor. My travelling companion and I watched a small black mouse make a number of attempts to cross the floor one morning at breakfast and speculated how often it visited the kitchen. We tried desperately to find another hotel, but it was Chinese New Year and surprisingly the city was full of tourists from many parts of China and there were no empty rooms to be had for our party of four.

There was no hot water coming in the bathroom instead of many complaints also, there was no response ,the manager front office did not ask for apology instead of repeatedly telling that water was not coming i had to check out in the morning 5.00 A.M. and take bath with cold water.

We stayed at the Om Towers in Jaipur for three days. It was a much needed respite towards the end of a long trip to India. What we found was a dirty hotel with beds which did not have clean sheets floors which had not been washed, garbage right outside the room door, no soap or any of the usual hotel freebies, no complimentary water, no hand or face towels or bath mat. When we asked for the bathroom to be cleaned the man came with a dirty rag and washed the bathtub, the toilet and the sink all with the same cloth and no cleaning substances. There were dust bunnies every where. The food was horrible and barely edible. We were told this hotel caters primarily to the Indian Businessmen who is usually tired and not looking too carefully at what their surroundings. We were informed by our Jaipur guide that the hotel owner is not interested in service just the money. Lighting in this hotel is very bad making it difficult to see the dirt until the next morning when you wake up and the bright Indian sunlight comes through the very dirty windows. For the western traveler or tourist this is not a good place to stay.

Room Tip: Rooms on the south side are quieter
