We stayed in the hotel on 2nd ,3rd ,4th march 2013. The hotel is pathetic and cheating its customer. To start with, the swimming pool and spa was not working. We had 4 rooms out of this in 3 rooms 408, 423, 418 the bathroom door was not getting locked. We has to act as watchmens to ensure our roommates dont barge in when the other person was attending natures call. In room 407 , night lamp was broken and reading lamp was not installed.

For breakfast the food they served had extra salt. The cold coffee the served has excess sugar. We had ordered for cold coffee with ice cream, the ice cream was missing, we ordered for pasta with bread rolls, the bread rolls was missing and given only after multiple enquiries, that also 1hr after the pasta was on the table. on another day we ordered for eggs at around 11pm which did not come till 1am and we had to sleep hungry. Mr Amit , was the head chef there.

The entire team was rude. Radisson including Mr vijay the duty manager and Mr brijesh are running fraud in this so called 5star hotel.

I world never go to a Radisson hotel again.

Room Tip: Many good hotel near by, don't chose the institute of fraud

Had very high expectation from this trip speacially the hotel stay at Radisson Blu Jaipur.Travelled with family to the pink city with my family to enjoy the weekend. Family enjoyed the the trip but not the stay at the Hotel. Their Swimming pool was not ready , breakfast was the utter mess.To add more to this the attitude of the hotel staff was not pleasant one.I have stayed in number of Radisson Hotels across the globe but this one does not seems to like Radisson group hotels.

Room Tip: Do not prefer this hotel for the stay

We arrived late in the evening, but managed to secure a meal at their restaurant on the ground floor. The food was good, with a lot of variety of Indian fare. There were only three lifts, and one was not functioning properly with a mind of its own. The rooms were of a decent size, quiet with very comfortable beds. Some of the fittings, although new, were not perfect. Wifi was free but extremely slow. The breakfast was reasonable with attentive staff who were keen to please. The location of the hotel is convenient for the airport as it is only 15 minutes away by car. Getting to see the various attractions of Jaipur and the Amber Fort took a longer time (30 minutes or more by taxi or tour bus). The area appears to be new, with nothing of interest for an evening walk. All in all, a useful place for visiting Jaipur and allowing a quick getaway to the airport.

I stayed in the hotel from 25th jan to 27 jan in a double room I am concierge member and owner of radisson hotel in uk.

As per the concierge membership benefits I revive free upgrade and free breakfast as per the card policy.

Hotel was was so unpolite that they upgraded my room and charged my breakfast and telling me new policy that because we have upgraded your room we can't give you free breakfast and I requested hotel staff several times that I want to speak to gm but they never connected me to the gm.

Other incident 26 jan night 12.00 am fire alarm came on we all rushed into the lobby and all the hotel room guest and didn't noticed any staff was laughing and saying this fire alarm is faulty and comes up every night and they even didn't said sorry it was so annoying that if you can't maintain your fire alarm what is the point running a hotel

I will never go to this hotel again and definitely complaint to the senior management.

Room Tip: Property is newly build but terrible staff

nice rooms
the gym was not functional
the restaurant staff were very warm and helpful so were their reception team
the light switches in the room though were very annoying. the bathroom light wouldn't go off... we tried every switch in the house. the bedside plugs wouldn't work. to switch off my beside light, i had to use master controls which were on the other side of the bed... very very strange! But besides this glitch - the hotel was absolutely lovely and complete value for money.

Jaipur would have been one of the highlights of our trip to India aside from the Taj in Agra. However, because of our very unpleasant experience in this hotel, we were unable to see much more in this beautiful city. We were held hostage by the hotel management because they claim that they had not received from the travel agency payment for the lunch we had just taken. Because of the delay, we left the hotel very late and had to skip seeing more sites in Jaipur. Obviously the hotel managers were very inexperienced and were more worried about having to pay the bill from their pockets rather than focusing on their customer's needs and satisfaction. It was quite unfortunate and very disappointing to say the least!
