“Pink City”
Reviewed March 6, 2013

Everything really is pink! There is so much to take in. The different apartments. Different kings. Try to go with a private guide if you can. It's a much different experience

“little for your money”
Reviewed March 6, 2013

Well, for the admission fee, I got to see a couple of courtyards, with some nice doors, a dusty great hall where photos were not permitted (a bit of a shame when you have traveled 8000km to see something) and a shabby museum with some textiles... not great!

“Interpretive tourguide needed”
Reviewed March 6, 2013

for full effect on history, an interactive "live" guide is good for understanding the rich history and more amusing aspects of the Maharajas, including the portly ones, whose girths were astonishing!

“Good historic museum”
Reviewed March 5, 2013

In 2 to 3 hours one can get a good idea about the dresses, weapons and culture of the royal family. The history before the 18th century is missing though.
