It was a calmer place to visit after the madness of the Amber Fort. The views from this fort are amazing and it is really worth getting a guide (despite my reluctance at other attractions) as there are few information boards.

Nahargarh fort is small but nice. It has 7 chowks or pravesh, each are interconnected and to terrace as well. Different chowks has different stories to tell. The architecture of building is beautiful. Entire jaipur city can been seen from here. In entrance there is a step well for rain water harvesting

Great place to visit if you are interested in military history, it’s main attraction was the “largest” cannon built, with an intricate way of getting fresh water to the troops. This place was the barracks for the Amber Fort.

I went there to watch a sunset and it is so nice. Beautiful scene with an observation point to see the whole city.
