This place combines GREAT ambiance and GREAT service. The staff is too polite and extra caring, answering to all our needs with a smile and immediately. So do at the sister hotel where we had lunch which was amazing as the restaurant is at the roof with great views but also decorated as an artistic garden! But the Heritage is truly amazing, close to the railway station, breakfast served at the rooms, spotless linen and furniture, and as for design, I couldn't stop taking photos of this place. They are still improving in terms of preparing a rest place for early check ins (though we were sent to the sister hotel and even given a room to sleep while our room at the Heritage was prepared) plus a restaurant (so as you won't have to go to the sister hotel for breakfast/lunch - though I do recommend you see it, it is simply gorgeous and the food very yummy!) We even had a computer in our room and were able to check ourselves in our flight and reception was kind enough to print them for us, like immediately upon request! Excellent value for money, I do wish we had more days there. They have even printed their own guide of Jaipur that answered so many questions I had even after 15 days in India. This goes to show how much they care for their guests and this is what it takes to make a stay at a hotel simply fantastic. Thumbs up to you all and keep up the great work!!!

Good and clean hotel. Lots of hard work to built this type of hotel. The staff is very helpfull specially front office both the managers have good ears. Breskfast was warm and tasty. The only complain is the staff woman shouting out side my room in the early morning.

We, a couple, stayed at Pearl Palace Heritage for 3 nights in February. We loved it. The suite room was very spacious and super clean. The guesthouse is located in a clean and quiet neighbourhood, but not too far from the city centre. The staff and their service were great: all our questions and requests were answered and taken care of quickly, every morning we could enjoy breakfast in the room with the newspaper, and although the guesthouse did not have a lunch-diner kitchen itself, it was only a 5 min walk to the peacock restaurant of the sister hotel pearl palace. When we return to Jaipur, we will go here again for sure.

Room Tip: We booked a suite room, which was great.

Originally a little difficult to get a booking I eventually suceeded with 2 nights and one in the sister hotel.
This is not the luxury end of the market but excellent accommodation at a very affordable price. We have no faults with this hotel even though breakfast is served in the room as the hotel is not yet finished. You have the choice to go to the sister hotel which we did one morning. We also chose to have the evening meals at the sister hotel which offers very good food in a rooftop resturant (tut tut proved my hotel.)
If all Hotels /Homestays were this good we would have little to complain about.
We hope this venture will be very successful when the hotel and the next Marigold hotel film is finished.
Thank you all so much for making Jaipur a pleasant visit
