This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in anywhere in the world for value for money. The rooms are amazing and more like a suite then a hotel room. This type of room in Australia would cost a fortune but was very affordable for a budget traveler in Jaipur. The rooms are decorated in amazing detail. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.
The best thing about staying here is the hotels driver Mr Salim who was able to show us around Jaipur. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.....He also likes to sing! He looked after us all day and it really made Jaipur a place we will remember. I highly recommend staying at Pearl Palace Heritage.

Thanks Mr Singh for introducing us to Mr Salim who made out trip.

This is a gem of a hotel! In the west this would be considered a high end boutique hotel and would have a price tag to match!
The rooms are fantastic, very spacious and very well equipped (ours had a computer with internet access). The hotel is superbly decorated, carved stone work in the corridors, interesting photos in the reception area, themed rooms with original artwork on the walls. It's spotlessly clean and the rooms are a tasteful mix of modern yet authentic.
The staff are very friendly, their sister hotel (Pearl Palace) is only 5 minutes away and has an excellent backpacker type rooftop restaurant.
Well worth a stay- if it's a little out of your price range then their sister hotel looks equally well run.

This hotel was by far the most wonderful and exquisitely decorated accommodation during our entire India trip. The very pleasant owners Mrs. and Mr. Singh created with great taste, fantasy, knowledge and artistic skills theme-rooms, which transfered us right into tourist's heaven.
We stayed in the tribal room (was the name INDUS?), warm colours, beautiful indirect lights in little wall niches, tribal paintings in burnt sienna on sand coloured walls, handcarved furniture, a minibar, flat screen TV and our own computer in a window-seated area. The comfortable matresses made us feel like in Morpheus' arms and we slept extremely well on crisp white bedsheets.
The very modern bathroom is equipped with white bathrobes as well. A huge glass-walled shower invited us to feel like in a five star facility and only one thing I found to critisize: it takes a long time until hot water runs and a lot of water is flushing down the drain without any use.
We enjoyed this room so much and indulged in its beauty, that we spend a full day just in this room while waiting for a friend.
We highly recommend this place. There is still some construction in the upper floors going on. I can't wait to see, which dream rooms Mr. Singh is realizing there -hopefully next year.

Amazing little boutique place. Was like an oasis to stay in traffic jammed Jaipur. Very friendly owner. Beautiful rooms, very clean and detail oriented. Travelling as a solo women it was very convenient that they brought dinner over from the Pearl Palace in the evenings. High quality and delicous food!
Highly recommended. Best value for money.

I was amazed to find such a hotel with such service in India. It is a castle were you feel your self at home. We were vary happy to be like kings after a tuff train trip from Dehli. A very friendly driver Salim met us at the railway and in a few minutes we were greeted at the lobby. We booked the hotel a month before staying there , but when we got there, i thought that i was dreaming))) the second - can we afford it?)))) The prices are great, service is excellent, the atmosphere unique!
You will never find such rooms like in Pearl Palace Heritage. They are all masterpiece. Fast wi-fi, computers, ac, huge flat screens with cable tv and much much more. In two minutes walk there is a junior hotel Pearl Palace were at the peacock rooftop restaurant you can put your happiness in your stomach )))
But my special thanks to the owner mr.Singh for his welcome, for this beautiful hotel and his big HEART, opened to everyone.

A great stay at the Pearl Palace Heritage, would definitely stay there again.

Pros: excellent value, decent location (residential area, but short tuk tuk ride away from downtown), lovely rooms, free wifi and in-room pc, AC, pleasant staff, beautifully decorated hotel. Not a "heritage" property, but heritage style. Very clean, well-maintained and comfortable.

Cons: no restaurant on the premises, so your breakfast options are the nearby sister hotel Pearl Palace (5 min walk, cute rooftop restaurant, but very average food and below average service), or an in-room breakfast which arrives stone-cold as its brought over from the Pearl Palace.

Note: the hotel had arranged a car and driver (Selim), who while genuinely helpful and pleasant can be a little pushy with wanting to take you on a specific route and visit certain shops where he gets a commission. This is common practice in India, and if you just say no firmly and insist on just going to the places you want to go to, it's fine. Also make sure to agree clearly beforehand on all rates with the driver as we had some confusion/misunderstanding about rates. Selim is a nice guy though, and has a great little ambassador car which is perfect for inner city trips.

Overall, really pleasant stay, definitely recommend as a good value mid-range option
