Great hotel and great service. At the time stayed there, there was not a restaurant on site, but they arranged transportation to their other hotel where there is an excellent restaurant. One of the best hotels and values in India!

Pearl Palace Heritage is the nicest place I appreciated the most in Rajasthan. The excellent confort of the room filled with sculped walls, beautiful decoration in the room, in the bathroom, in the corridor, on the walls, a balcony... absolutely quiet... will all modern commodities ... all the attentions from the sympathetic personnel... With free transfer to the first Pearl Palace Hotel with excellent restaurant on the roof. Visits to wonderful sites and excellent ayurvedic massages. And all this for an absolutely reasonable price. I definitely recommend this Hotel.

Room Tip: I believe all rooms are very attractive and quiet.

I agree with all the reviews...... Best "Standard" Hotel I've stayed in, in India
The attention to details in their installations is bar-non.... So much that it made me feel in a palace. The great pricing just adds to it. I hope they keep up the great work and service. Maintenance is key in this industry, and it would be a shame if the place goes in disrepair, like in the other two hotels visited. It was a great idea from the owner to have a tip box policy. Since it saved me a great hassle in reviewing the service work. Only one floor of the complex is being used, as this is a relatively new hotel. The remodeling being done upstairs goes on during the morning but it was not hassle since one is touring the city. All the personnel is extremely helpful and their sister hotel (The Pearl Palace) seems to be a good place as well. The restaurant is awesome, so much, I went for repeats during this trip.

Room Tip: If you don't like to be woken up by the train horns in the middle of the night...... choose the rooms on the back (not the ones facing the entrance). This Hotel uses high quality energy saving A/Cs which give little to no background noise to muffle the train horn which is about 2km away on the entrance's direction..

This hotel is beautiful. A real touch of luxury, and so well priced. There has been a lot of thought and care into the hotel and the rooms, with the most delicate finishing touches (such as incense in the hallways and floating flower petals dotted around the hotel).

There is building work at the moment which means there is a lot of construction noise in the day, but we were out most of the time anyway, and it is so well priced that we couldn't complain.

The sister hotel is only a 5 minute walk away (or there is a free tuk-tuk shuttle service) and is where you can get meals. It is very clean with great food, and a great atmosphere. To be honest, we would have been just as happy to stay there.

We stayed for 2 nights in November 2011. What a great hotel! The rooms are really beautifully decorated with good facilities. In one of our rooms we even had 2 TVs!! I say 1 of our rooms as on day 1 we were called at 8am and asked to move from the Viceroy to the Blue Room. This was a bit odd, however it did mean we got to stay in another of the beautiful rooms.

The staff are very helpful and there is a free tuk tuk service to the Pearl Palace guesthouse sister hotel where there is a good roof top restaurant. We would definitely go back!!

Room Tip: We stayed in Viceroy Room and Blue Room - both were beautiful and huge! Although there are only 4 rooms, all of which are lovely - we know as we asked for a tour!
