“Awfull service”
Reviewed August 21, 2013

It's a beautiful property but not well connected... No lifts in the towers... The staff leaves u less informed... We were a group of 12 people n we had booked 5 rooms but smartly they lied to us n provided us 2 rooms in one tower n 3 rooms in the other with no connectivity between the towers... The air conditioning of 4 of the rooms was not working properly n to get it fixed we had to call them again n again... There was seepage in the building (common areas as well as the rooms)... N when we got angry with them for the ridiculous service they announced freebies... We enjoyed our vacation coz we wanted to... It's a beautiful property wasted due to the poor connectivity to the highway as well as due to poor service n management

Room Tip: Check ur rooms physically if travelling in a group n do check if the baithak in the room leaks

The property is located in the most exotic location possible with a view of small hills and greenery until your sight reaches. But, this is accompanied with poor management, i also think short staff and very poor service. We booked 5 rooms about 3 weeks in advance yet we were allocated 2 rooms in one building and 3 in the other with no lifts in the buildings. We had to walk down 3 and walk up 3 floors to be with each other. Everything, from water to bellboys took from 30-60 minutes to reach us. ACs in 4 of our 5 rooms were repaired post we checked in. There was a mosquito in the child's milk and yet everybody thought it wasn't a big deal. The soup came in a quantity similar to "complimentary chutney"! After a lot of noise we were given a private dinner to make our misery of being stuck there a little less but I would only like to holiday in a property where there aren't issues in the first place, making up should not be an option. Not recommended until they work on the service.

Room Tip: Don't chose a room in 4 or 5 series as there are no lifts in the buildings!

A very beautiful place for a laidback vacation... We traveled in a group and the approach road was full of potholes that gave us a first taste of vacation and our expectations took a nosedive even before we got there. But the moment we entered and till the moment we check out, the experience was awesome. I would definitely want to visit this place again for leisure.

As others have said, the approach to Lebua is along a road full of potholes and arriving in the dark as we did leaves you wondering where the heck you've booked to stay... but we were welcomed very warmly by reception staff and shown to our executive room. Although it appeared to be clean, we were a bit concerned about the smell in our room. This may have stemmed from it being closed up for a while, or just to do with a heavy reliance on air conditioning, but whatever it was sent us over to reception in the morning to complain. Without hesitation the receptionist upgraded us to a luxury suite for the length of our stay and we didn't look back.
Lebua is an extensive resort nestled at the foot of the Aravali range of hills – views every which way are of fields and hills – when we were there were bursting with greenery because of the rains. Its worth taking an accompanied tour on one of the golf carts as there are some great vistas. Architecturally the place is very interesting though its a shame about the prominently positioned cooling units!
The food is really lovely. We stayed 6 nights and had plenty to choose from for scrummy breakfasts and dinners. We also had a couple of packed breakfasts and lunches to take out on day sightseeing trips which worked out very well – saved time and stress of finding decent places to eat.
Without exception the staff at Lebua were very polite and helpful; from the security guards and receptionists at the front desk to the waiters in the restaurant, all went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our stay – we felt thoroughly looked after.
So glad we chose to stay here!

Room Tip: The Luxury Suites are light, airy and very spacious and include individual roof terraces.

I was looking forward to staying at this hotel. This was meant to be the relaxing part of the holiday. HOWEVER, the accommodation was not five star, it was barely three star. We arrived and the security guard at the main gate couldn't find our reservation on his list. The check-in was amateur. The room was grubby - the fabric sofa was stained. The bathroom was white marble which was yellow tinged. The balcony was full of pigeon droppings which obviously hadn't been cleaned for some time. The balcony was infested with pigeons. The roof terrace garden hadn't been mowed for some time and was weed ridden. The restaurant seats were stained. Outside the windows was deep in pigeon droppings!!! The evening meal gave me an upset stomach - the only time on a two week vacation!!! The breakfast was very poor quality. This was an unpleasant experience, which was acknowledged by the management who agreed to refund for us to relocate without a quibble. Don't waste your time.

If you are planning a weekend trip to or around jaipur,Lebua is the place to stay. The property in itself is huge.the area around it is serene and lush, you can just sit on the doorstep of your room and look outside for hours on a rainy day.The food is amazing although since i was traveling with a baby,i found the service was a bit little slow (or maybe im just anoder hyper mom). The room and the bathroom was the highlight of our trip. They give you a larger than life feeling the minute you walk in (almost like a KJo movie).Simply BEAUTIFUL!!
The infinity pool and spa were excellent too. So do not think twice and go for it.You will not be disappointed.

Resort pictures on the websites had a lot of promise which prompted me to opt for Labua Resorts, Jaipur and I'm glad those pictures stood true to expectations.
We stayed at this modern luxury resorts for 2N/3D and had a great 'leisure' time. Resort had everything you can ask for to 'do nothing'. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The swimming pool with the backdrop of hills was simply beautiful.
The staff was always ready to help and polished. Resorts is a few Kms off the highway and takes some efforts to brave those bumpy roads, but once you enter the resorts, you feel re-energized. Overall its worth it !
One suggestion > I hope they can come up with packages including breakfast and dinner, currently they have only the breakfast included in the package.

Room Tip: Opt the suites close to the lobby area.
