In case you are looking for a comfortable, soothing, quiet and "service with a personal touch", then this is the place for you. A 200-year haveli, restored tastefully in Rajputana style, is discreetly located away from the city center, and yet not very far off from all the attractions. We drove down by car, and loved every bit of our time at the haveli.
Pradeep and team go the extra mile in making their guests feel royal.
For our return journey, we were given complimentary sandwiches and bottled water.
Thank-you Pradeep! for building a team with wonderful "customer service" attitude. We will certainly visit again!

Room Tip: Suites are wonderful!

What a great hotel. We arrived from Agra where we stayed in a typical new hotel with another buffet everything. From the moment we arrived at Royal Heritage Haveli we felt at home. The morning paper was on the table outside our room every day. The room had the feel of 1930s grandeur , the bathroom had a backdoor to your own private garden with a wonderful outdoor shower so you could shower indoor or out in your private patio area. The food is fabulous and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. My wife felt a little ill one night and did not attend dinner, the kitchen made her soup and delivered it to the room. I on the other hand was invited to join the owners table for dinner, a memorable feast. The dining area on the terrace with different background music every night was a delight. I loved the pool and pool area. The extensive use of marble in the pool and around gave the area a vintage atmosphere. I can’t imagine visiting Jaipur and staying anywhere else.

I was shown 4 rooms to make my choice - which is a rarity in India. An then an upgrade was given to a suite at no extra cost.

Complimentary drinks with dinner was a nice touch. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. Prithvi the manager was very courteous and let us stay till 5 pm even though checkout was at 12.

The other Prithvi too was very helpful and walked us to the gate when checking out.

The courtyard garden had grass! We walked on it barefoot.

Great place, great service and good food. Fabulous.

We stayed at this Hotel for the last 2 nights of a chaotic but fabulous 2week trip to India.... We moved here as a treat as we were not happy with the original hotel we had booked. From the moment we arrived at the Royal Heritage Haveli we were overwhelmed with luxury, comfort and tranquility. We were met by Raj, the sales manager who kindly upgraded our room to the Royal Suite. The suite was beautifully and traditionally decorated, in keeping with the rest of the grounds. The pool and beautifully manicured gardens and terraces make this the perfect oasis in the bustling and hot city. We ate at the hotel on both nights, a 4 course meal. The food was the best we had during our trip and it was served by polite, attentive staff whilst musicians played sitar's on the terrace. We were amazed to find out that all drinks in the evening are complimentary, and plentiful. In our last day we were able to use the pool and our suite until 7pm as the hotel was not busy, meaning we felt relaxed and refreshed before our long haul overnight journey back to the uk. Many thanks to Raj and his team for your wonderful hospitality. We would highly recommend this hotel to out friends and family and will definitely be back next next time we visit Jaipur.

We stayed here for 2 nights - wish it had been longer! The hotel is a hunting lodge and has lovely authentic heritage and great style. From the moment we arrived the staff were very attentive, the room was bliss (we had the royal suite which they kindly gave us as an upgrade from what we had booked) and the grounds and pool area were well looked after. We had dinner at the haveli for our first night and the food was possibly the best we had on our whole trip and great value. We were torn between going to explore Jaipur and relaxing in this lovely place. When we finally had to leave, they kindly gave us some sandwiches to take with us on our journey before we had even thought about lunch - would highly recommend!

This was our first experience/visit to India and the last hotel on our 'journey'. WOW, nothing prepared us for the tranquil beauty that awaited us behind the high walls and iron gates of this hotel. The staff were very attentive, the service was very good, the food was delicious and plentiful and the suite we were allocated had the WOW factor (blue and white decor to die for!). It was a 'royal' 5 star experience that I will remember forever!
If you need to book just one hotel in Jaipur, make it this one. :-)
