Great value for the money. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff, fast service. Rooms are very clean and modern with LCD tv's. The restaurant has a very good menu with quality service and great food. The breakfast buffet was also GREAT with a great variety of dishes. Only problem I had was that I paid for unlimited internet but they couldn't figure out why it wasn't working in my room. (and no, it wasn't my laptop that was the problem). That was just a minor issue I had at the hotel other than that it was a fantastic stay here.

Hotel is a part of the Lemon Tree group of hotels, so, expecting the same service, i booked there. You don't get the same level of service.

It is no frills hotel, decent sized rooms, refrigerator, tea/coffee etc. Bare toiletries.

What is very good about this hotel is it's location and it has a clean, warm look about it.

Breakfast is fully veg, but good. Food, always eat at their restaurant on the 1st floor. NEVER order in your room, especially when u have guests. They have this weird way of bringing everything in a plate. Like in an ashram.

And yes, phones don't always get picked up. While checking out, i called ahead to ask front desk to prepare bills, but no one picked the phone. well, sure the desk was manned, and sure the phones were ringing, nor was he overtly busy, but the attitude was that of indifference.

I would go there again, but, because of convenience, not service.

Clean hotel rather far from hustle and bustle of old city. Very simple - minimum facilities (no hairdryer, no safebox in the room). Breakfast - so-so, but very good and cheap buffet dinner available.

First the good news - clean hotel, fairly conveniently located.
However, the service needs to improve. We had no hot water on the morning (end Dec !)we were checking out, handtowels were not available, the intercom did not work, the flush did not work. We were overcharged for laundry, which I managed to get reduced after a fight with the front desk staff. Also the front desk staff not very professional, and some had an attitude problem! In a HOTEL!!!

The food sucked.... the same for breakfast and dinner all days. If you get an alternative hotel (and there are plenty in Jaipur), pl opt for those.

This is a pure business hotel. I will not recommend it if your are travelling with small children or aged persons. The hotel staffs are very young immature unprofessionals. Some of them cannot talk properly.

I was forced to stay twice in this hotel. Once during the start of my vacation and end of the vacation. Both the time experience is the same. I complained to my travel agent and nothing happened.

Breakfast is good. Dinner is pathetric. You don't have much choice. Don't expect anything from housekeeping after 10pm as they don't pick up the phone.

The Hotel Red Fox is like Ginger Group of Hotels which has no frills, reasonable tariff and standard rooms. When I checked in this hotel, I had realised that I had forgotten my identity proof at my stay at earlier Hotel. However the staff was courtous enough and accepted my identity proof on mail and also gave me a copy of the print out for my future immediate use. The rooms were reasonably good in size with 22' LCD TV. The Bathroom was ordinary type as would be any other 1 star Hotel. The Hotel has limited room service. The Hotel is located at a strategic location and is close to airport.

I had stayed at this place for 2 nights for a friends wedding. the room and cleanliness were very good. however, what the hotel lacked was the service. you can easily by-pass the main reception which is situated on the 1st floor instead of being near the entry point . i asked for a car wash and even was willing to pay,but the hotel refused saying we don't offer. the food at the cafe is O.k. not very exciting ,however was reasonably priced .
At times you feel that the guests are alone in the hotel with no hotel staff picking up calls at front desk, housekeeping or room service.
