You have it once and you get addicted to it.... the lassi served here is too good !!
They pack it too...so well that we always carry a few glasses back to Delhi and no spilling reported till date !!
The portioning of Dahi & Malai is worth watching....the shopkeeper takes out a portion of the curd & Malai from the Kulhar(earthernware dish) with the help of a brass flat katori and then passes on to the person making the lassi to make those many portions !!
I love India for these small things !!
