Awesome concept eating of sushis, asian, chinese and south east cuisines. The palate is hugely customised to suit Indian taste buds particularly the toppings and the sauces. The tangy, hot and sour is what we like and it went very well with us as a family. In starters we tried the crispy vegetable maki, sauted leeks water chestnuts and asparagus corn and burnt spring onion. All 3 starters were delicious. Portions are very small and the side plates they give tell u to be on diet. Invariably you will end up ordering a lot of starters as the portions will never be enough so its a very smart sales and pricing strategy by the management. The profile of customers who come to this outlet are high end, so it does not matter as there is waiting and the place is raved about plus in demand. We did a wok tossed seasonal vegetable with some thai noodles and rice and loved the spice, flavour and the aroma. We topped this up with a chocolate ball on fire to a splendid evening. A busy place and suggest reservation. Justifies its rating on all dimensions including style, cutlery and linens.
