Nice Hotel, walking distance to the Domestic Terminal, nice rooms. The only issue was with the Check-In process that seemed to take forever (lasted almost an hour before I was handed the keys).

I feel bad saying anything negative about this place when they try so hard with the customer service. Even after you leave, they're sending you emails to see how your stay went. As others have noted, the outside of the hotel is in an odd state of disrepair. It's being renovated but it's also rundown. The inside is great in a weird, Vegas-y, nightly- laser-show-in-the-humongous-lobby kinda way. The rooms might not be totally up to North American 5 star status (my bathroom was a tiny bit scuffed up) but they're pretty damn good. My room, however, reeked of smoke (I suspect because guests are allowed to smoke on the patios of even the non-smoking rooms and it gets in the curtains or something). I could hear everything going on in the next room. That room's doorbell also rang in my room, which was a little odd. But did I mention how hard this hotel tries to please? And if you get a good rate here, I think you'll be pleased.

This is not a regular hotel. It is a very contemporary hotel replicating your experience of Las Vegas or Macau Venetian

All the rooms have an inner view of the pool, reqtaurants that in itself is a unique experience.

When you see the lifts form a unique shape , looks superb.

The breakfast is lavish , however the food is pretty expensive . They should cut down

The reception staff was kind enough to upgrade us

You surely should visit the private dining area that gives you a feeling of submerged in the sea

Also , every evening , there is a fire show that is clearly visible through all the rooms

Truly an experience in itself , if you get a good corporate discount .

I am sure in the next phase , they would bring it's standard up to the next level

There are no words for this hotel. It is simply awesome. I had dinner with my wife. The service was really good right from the reception. The food selection was nice. But the best thing i liked is the ambiance. It is simply awesome. next time i go to mumbai i will surely go there.

One of the best hotels i have ever been in.
The Ambiance is the most beautiful with the oceanic view. The bar is over priced. The rooms are well priced. The food is terrible an really needs to be worked on for such a high status restaurant. The coffee shop has a beautiful variety of pastries if your a desert buff. Overall the hotel is mind blowing. They need to be working on their entrance for the hotel which throws of the inner beauty of the hotel. Needs to be promoted well. Could have a better night club or PR agency to run it well.
