“low cost great experience”

when i reached the hotel they gave me a warm welcome and without wasting my time i was shown my room ..................the food was nice and the rooms were clean although i was there for just a day it was a good experience ..............they should increase variety of food in the menu card so that the guest do nt have to go out to eat ................overall a very peaceful place to stay for a short term .............

We have only recently in the past 5 – 6 months we have totally renovated our restaurant and also added many new items to our menu and made 10 new executive rooms and have also painted all the old rooms and provided new furniture also and are providing best rates and best management (Clean And Good Services) and we have also added Wi-Fi to the hotel and we have also Satellite T.V installed in every room and we have also hired very nice and professional staff in order to help serve our customers better and we are sure in this price you will not get any better hotel possible. My husband and i were in the hotel milan international in August 2011, and we detest!
The Hotel is dirty and the food is horrible!
The staff are UNHELPFUL and RUDE, they give wrong information to the telephone and then when we arrived at the hotel we are obliged to pay more for reasons that neither know!
We did not like it at all and we DON'T ADVISE THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!
There is an element of staff i don't remember his names ,he has big hair and dark skin.
He works at the reception in Milan International, this boy is sooooorude and there is nothing professional on his works!
Should dismiss this boy because only spoil the image of the hotel ... even more than it already is!

This is worst hotel I have ever stayed.
> Directly below flight path. Loud noise every 5 minutes.
> Adjacent to mumbai local line. Noise every 30 seconds.
> Terrible Food - Limited menu. Can you believe, there is no paneer in the menu?
> Very bad service. People forget that you ordered anything. I had to remind them 2-3 time to get something delivered to my room.
> broken glasses in the washroom. Ladies didn't dare to get in.
> Even bathroom doors have horrible openings below. No privacy.

Room Tip: If you anyway want to get in this hotel, take the other end of the hotel which is farthest from loca...

The only best part of the Hotel was the restaurant had simple and great food. However the Menu was very limited.

The rooms were habitable but the washroom was unclean and lacked some of the basic facilities.

Overall, easy access to the airport was the biggest advantage.

It’s been said several times now. This hotel is dirty, stinks and is noisy. The rooms are overpriced and if the planes that literally shake the windows don’t wake you then the phone in the hallway ringing constantly all night will.
The TV was a poor picture and we moved rooms 4 times in an effort to find a room with broadband that works.
The price of this place might convince you to stay, I would pay a little bit extra and stay elsewhere.

This hotel is to be avoided at any cost. Service is pathetic and very slow. Room was not cleaned regularly and found cockroaches in the bathroom.
You have to be alert with the front desk staff, the billing was incorrect and bill is given in a photocopied sheet!
Only thing good is the looks of the reception.

Room Tip: Avoid getting a room here.

We made the mistake of booking this hotel so we could wait for our connecting flight the next morning. We didn't expect much of this hotel, but still it was very disappointing. The staff did not speak any English what so ever. One funny example: we said keep the change! 45 minutes later, one of the staff was standing there with.... our change.... hahaha! No complimentary water, staff does not understand the concept of complimentary. The only ones who do understand some English, are the people at the front desk. Food is expensive, AC in the room is very noisy. Everything is old and muff.

Airplanes are flying over the building around every 5 or 10 minutes. We felt like the planes were crashing into this hotel. So much noise. Staff telephone was in the hallway, was ringing every 5 minutes, we almost pulled that phone from the wall after several polite requests to turn off that phone. We did not have any solution to the noise of the planes, trains and dogs.....

Taxi driver from the hotel trying to rip us off with parking money at the airport. So watch out, do not give money, because many people just ask for money for the silliest of things. That's a problem in the whole of North India though. This hotel is NOT recommended.
