The hotel looks very opulent and full of glitter...but it is really uncomfortable to stay in. My room had a really bad smell and I had to chage it 2 before I got a clean one. The water faucet does not work in the tub and was leaking in the basin. The closet left a stain on my shirts.

The food is quite bad and service is SLOW.

Only thing good is that the staff is really friendly and the pools is nice.

This is a very nice, peaceful hotel, but it is not convenient for sightseeing in Bombay as it is almost an hour drive to the city center. Staff were friendly and it was not busy when we were there.

We stayed one night at the Park Plaza as part of a cruise package.

Our welcome was stupendous, rose petals were showered on us and we had drinks and nibbles offered. Unfortunately it was in the early hours of teh morning after a long flight from Heathrow, so it went over our heads abit (literally!)

Our room however whilst looking really nice was musty & damp and one set of lights would not switch off all night. There was no hot water and no plug in the bath or washbasin.

Others in our group had similar problems, one couple could not use their room as plaster had fallen off the walls. Others had the best rooms they had ever had and were planning on going back to the same hotel for a longer holiday.

We took a weekend off from Mumbai to use this hotel as the gateway. I am a very keen golfer and was looking forward to the golf. The golf was included in the package but I could only play once since there were no carts available. They have only two carts which are shared between the hotel and the members of the golf club. The golf course is used as a bit of a sham to lend respectibility to the place.

The course is in really bad shape with rubbish heaped all over the course. The grass is not maintained and there are people on the course who will steal your clubs if you are not careful.Don't get taken in by the golf offers is it really terrible

The hotel staff was friendly but the food is terrible

I stayed at the hotel since they advertised a 9 hole golf course and night golfing. This is the worst maintained golf course ever. Just a patch of land with rubbish all over the place. There are not markers, no fairways it is just one continuous roughs.

The greens don't have any grass whatsoever. There is constructions rubble lying all over the place. Worst part is that they have only two golf carts and you have to wait for hours to get your turn since no carts are available.

The food it terrible and overpriced. I don't know about the room service since no over ever picked up the phone after 9 pm

When we checked in at the airport for our flight home after a week it was overbooked so we were put up in the Park PLaza for one night free of charge.

The hotel was about 7km from the airport. it was up in the hills, the hotel was very glamourous and nice, the pools were lovely and warm too at 7pm. The food was nice for me as I enjoy curries, but wasn't much in the way of English food.

We went and cracked some balls on the driving range, there was also a golf course but we don't play, these guys in the hotel paid £75 for three of them on the nine hole course with a caddy, I don't know if this is cheap or not!!

The views from the bedrooms were of the hills, nice rooms, massive TV's and large windows.

Staff quite friendly not as nice as Taj President Mumbai though.

Tennis courts were nice. It seemed to me that there had been loads of money spent on the whole hotel but it seemed to be a little unfinished, maybe they were decorating!

My partner and I decided that we would like to stay in this hotel again, if we were not going to the cricket like on this trip, as the hotel is quite out of the way. Hopefully we will return depending on the price on which I am awaiting an email of, if it is under £100 per night per room, I'd say it is a good deal, not sure about paying more though. Good for families and if you don't want to see much of Mumbai.
