We arrived around 5am extremely tired after a long flight. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, they let us check in without any extra fee, nad they upgraded us to a club room. The breakfast was really nice, they allways had some local food aswell besides the usual continental things. Rooms were really modern and clean. I can just recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel was clean with reasonably large rooms, and well-priced (for Mumbai) for a budget traveller. I found the hotel staff very helpful and attentive. The only difficulty I found with this hotel is that the location, while near the airport, was very difficult for most taxi drivers to find. On two occasions I ended up stuck in Mumbai traffic while the taxi did loops trying to figure out where it was, or trying to drop me at hotels with similar names such as 'Regency' or 'Presidency'. I would recommend travellers note down the hotel phone number and insist the taxi driver call the number if they get lost.

It was my second time here. The first was just to a short rest before my flight back to Italy and everything was ok.This time my room had some problems with a/c.Asked me to send workers there in the morning but they came in the late afternoon when I was sleeping before my long flight back to Europe. Finally I got a new room for the last 3 hours here.Bad communications between them but staff was kind with me.

An ideal hotel for a business traveler. The hotel is clean, the rooms are neat and the staff are excellent especially the front office staff. Ask for Mr Thadhani and he will do his best make your stay comfortable. Absolute value for money and would recommend this hotel for a short stay. The food is good but nothing to write home about. The service staff in the restaurant are always helpful and pay attention to your requirements. Access is a problem and not many cabbies would know of the place. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms facing the western expressway. At least you get a view rather than looking into rooms...

Good and clean hotel for an overnight stay unlike many others near the airport. Recommend hotel shuttle for pick up and drop since the Taxis may not find the place easily. Breakfast was very good. But the quality of late night room served dinner was way below the rest of the experience.

Room Tip: The best rooms have transparent bathroom and toilet. It is worth taking it if you are alone.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Mumbai. We were greeted by a very polite and courteous staff in the lobby. They helped us to get the rooms we wanted. Rooms were clean. Our beds were made daily with fresh sheets everyday. The restaurant served a combination of western as well as Indian foods. The servers always smiled and the chef would come out of the kitchen and ask diners if the food was to their liking. We stayed 4 nights. One day the manager - Mr Joseph Rodriguez - came to our room to ask us if we were happy with the stay and if there was anything that was not satisfactory! If ever we have to go back to Mumbai, we will not stay at any other hotel.
