Nestled at the Express Towers.... At first couldn't tell where it was... Then we realized,it was in the rear of the building.... Sweet ,quaint, welcoming surprise... With all the 'pink' everywhere, different decor....
Food was yum... Rawas was nice and tender with a hint of tamarind.... Most important it was fresh... Chicken with mustard and bacon was a delight...
Thanks to Shawn and his great recommendations... We had the most amazing fresh mango tiramisu... Truly yummy and refreshing...
Would love to go back...:-)

it is a very different dining experience.

the food is mostly Italian but with very different local flavours. Don't expect to get the normal pizza pasta here.
the mocktails were also quite innovative.

When I was told that dinner was fixed here; I was in two minds. Driving 2 hours from North to South Mumbai for meal takes away half the pleasure of dining out. Anyway, the thought of visiting my old work place at Express Towers was kind of nostalgic and decided not to decline the offer.

Good decision I must say for both the food and service were excellent. Our table was attended to by the Asst. Manager and we decided to take his word for what's good to eat.

The cheese souffle and Galouti Kebabs were not exactly a hit with us but the Beef Mirin, Soft Shell crabs, Buttered Cajun Prawns, and mustard chicken were fab.

Must try the "Very Berry Kala Khatta" a nice twist to the "ice-golas" in a cocktail format.

The music and decor went well with the food served and its certainly on my visit again list.

We took a table indoors but it has seating outside as well - and that would actually be very cool table to catch if the weather is right.

We reached the place a bit late, about 12.00 pm. There were a few dinners there. The décor was nice and funnily trendy
We had gone there for desserts and coffee only.
We ordered 3 desserts. 1. Red Velvet 2. Chocolate with basil 3. Cheesecake.
The taste was brillliant. The portion of the red velvet was a bit small
We also ordered 2 coffees but these were disappointing in taste. They were also not hot enough.
Would I go there again.. yes, to try the food.... till then.. ;)

We went for a special evening out and it turned out to be great!
The food was good - the beef starter was well cooked and tender but perhaps needed a bit more flavour. The rawas was fresh and perfectly cooked. The mustard chicken was good too. The dessert - a caramel peanut tart - recommended by Mr Irfan, the Chef was outstanding. The service was very attentive yet non intrusive.
A bit pricy but certainly worth it for a special occasion!
