LPQ as it is commonly known is a boon for the busy exectuive of BKC and also doubles up as a lovely weekend outing for breakfast or brunch with family or friends.

I love the varieties of breakfast here. My personal favourite is the Eggs benedict while a close second are the eggs florentine.

They also have a ton of set breakfast options you can enjoy. The long communal table works well if you are hosting a big bunch or friends or you are planning a reunion!

Dont miss the lovely handle-free cups in which they serve you a good cappucino. I presonally opt for the hot chocolate each and every time!

Loved the assorted crunchy breads with olive oil and butter that accompany the superb Sangria - red & white.

We also had some raspberry bruschetta to finish off.

The place also has happy hours till 7pm when one can avail 50% discount.

We visited for a brunch on a rainy day.
The setting couldnt have been perfect, with glass walls on two sides, and the fragnance of fresh bread and basil inside.
there is a long communal table in the centre , perfect for a family of ten to have breakfast together.
the food was fresh and very authentic. except the ravioli seemed a bit undercooked. portions were also decent in size.
it cost us 3000 for 4 of us for brunch without alcohol.

Went for a quick bite with colleagues. Reasonably priced. Had three main courses, three non- alcoholic drinks and two sides and the bill was around Rs. 2200. The general standard of food was good although no dish stood out as exceptional. The ambiance was really nice. The restaurant has full glass walls on three sides so plenty of sunlight everywhere. Really nice place for brunch and or a meal during the day. Walking into LPQ, BKC will cheer you up.

This was my first visit to LPQ with a dear friend as we were looking for a brunch place around Bandra. We had a fantabulous experience, enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. Unlike most brunch or buffet places, there was no menu spread over a section of the restaurant, all we had to do was to order the waiter for everything we wanted to try. The brunch menu included breakfast, soup, main course, desert, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, all of which were unlimited for Rs 1250 (non alcoholic brunch). I started with waffles with Belgian chocolate. This was by far the best waffles I had! I followed this with Tomato and mozzerella tartini, minestrone soup, vegetable waterzooi which was veges with saffron and cream sauce served with herb rice. The sauce was mild, creamy and rich perfectly complimenting flavorful herb basmati rice. LPQ could also serve lemon iced tea with sugar on side. We completed our brunch with walnut and honey tart and Belgian mousse slice, both of which were the best in the city! As the portion size were small, we could try quite some dishes. We relished the brunch over 3 hours :P As we continued our conversation, after the brunch time was over (4 pm), we were shifted to the front section of the restaurant. There we ordered coffees- freshly brewed which was black coffee with milk and sugar on side and cappuccino with sugar on side, which were served with almond and chocolate biscotti, again one of best in the city! To our surprise, the coffees turned out complimentary :D The place has a rustic feel to it with wooden furniture. What brought in a fresh feel and broke the monotony were small potted plants on each table. The staff was courteous and friendly and service was fantastic. As we spent a good long afternoon at LPQ, I realized that their chairs could have been a li'l more comfortable had they been cushioned (perhaps, LPQ din't want customers to stick around for such long hours :P). The washrooms are clean and hygienic. Besides the chairs, I have nothing negative to comment on! My experience was awesome, felt like I was in the US! Value on money is 10/10. I look forward to many more visits :)
