“A Heritage Walk in Fort Area of Mumbai”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 11, 2013

There is again lots of history to this clock tower, as to why it was built and why it is called Rajabai. Of course would have been nicer if they allowed us to go up, but they do not anymore.

Both the interiors as well as exteriors of the building. It houses the Bombay University Libray- having treasure of heritage books and records. you shall remain amazed to see the quality of construction of the building and its details. It is well maintained.

“Great for a quiet walk”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 8, 2012

Its an ideal place if you want to walk alone especially with its beauty but since you are not allowed to enter and that the tower is totally off limits as it was the scene for suicides in the 70s its best viewed in the passing though beautiful post card views can be experienced from across the park opposite the university

“Nostalgia”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 30, 2012

I simply like it because I associate it with my college, Elphinstone, which is not too far away. Nostalgia, nothing more
