Pleasant walk or Drive here seeing all the activity on the Beach and on the opposite side of the road where several cricket matches were taking place.

Interesting buildings and architecture all along the route.

Location: one station before Church gate Rly. Station ( local terminal of Western Rly.) In South Mumbai.

It's like Neckless Road located at Hyderabad ( parallel to the bank of Hussain Sagar Lake ). Marine drive is Sorrounded by Arabian Sea. Views from here : Malabar Hill, Nariman Point, Girgaon Chowpathy. After evening it's looking beautiful due to lights and it's reflection.

Fresh air from Sea increase the attraction. People goes through this area for jogging and walking. One of the best place for refreshing mind.

If practical, daily visit to this area is recommended for the family members or for the friends group to pass good times Early morning hours are also attractive.

I walked it in daytime and it was blistering hot so was grateful for a breeze. Happy to see street dogs with collers with Marine Drive on showing they belonged. Never got to have an evening walk but I here it believe it would be nice and safe to do so.

It's near to Girgaon Chowpatty, It's a great place where you can sit peacefully with your loved ones, even it's a great hanging place.

Well worth the time to drive/walk the coastal area of Mumbai. The view from the hill at the northern end is amazing, if the smog allows you to have a good view.

Marine drive is my favourite place in the city. It is crowded on most days but that doesn't take away from what it offers . The lovely view, the fresh sea breeze, the crashing waves, the peace of mind - it's amazing. Get there and find a spot on the ledge (might be tough in the evening) and just relax.
