This place is extremely dangerous. The facilities are end of life. It must be immediately inspected by safety inspector, who I am sure will recommend immediate closure.

As an adventure specialist, I can guarantee that somebody is going to die here sooner or later. It looks like a haunted house from the moment you enter and you will get a heart failure when you sit on the ride

Unless and until they close it for a few month and sell all the present rides for scrap, which is hot it looks, feels and run. And get a new set of rides installed. Till than close it.

A great spot, full of fun, rides and lots of entertainment. You will need a complete day to enjoy this place. You leave on a boat to an island of fun, a dream world, kids will enjoy the most. It may not be to the level on international options like the original disney land, but you can call it as india's own 1st disney land.

We purchased a 990/- Pass for 4 of us in the Family to visit the 1st of Jan. Their Website clearly states that the park is open till 7pm. But after trusting the website and buying online tickets when we reached there, they had put up placards at the counters saying that the 'Park would close at 5pm'. Who would Trust what they write on the Website. Now travelling all across Mumbai for 35kms to reach here we get such a Disappointing Treatment.
The Ticketing counter boys are simply useless and made us wait for 45 mins just trying to validate our online booking voucher.

Food coupons for 100/- are NOT accepted at all food counters inside the park. Only selected expensive food courts accept the coupons.

Rides are still the same what used to bee in our college days 10 years back except for 3 new rides.

The operating staff was so Happy to shut the rides and food counters at sharp 4.50 pm that they did not even wait till clock turns 5.

Essel World Management needs to come up with Better Customer Service Management and Communication.

One place wherein you can just spend your entire day and still feel that you have missed a lot.

Enjoy with family, freinds and just get refreshed.
