plus the Gateway to India - thus making it very busy with tourists and locals alike. A great area though and, get off the beaten track, and you can get lost in sidestreets and local markets - all part of the fun. Cafe Mondegar and Leopold are on Shahid Bhagat Singh Rd (Colaba Causeway) and good places to stop for a beer and bite to eat.

Enjoyed the busy little shops and stalls.
The sights, sounds and smells always delight.
A definite must-see for all travellers.

Great tourist locations, good restaurants (though geared to maximise the return from tourists!) and extremely safe.
