Located in the commercial area of Mumbai, making it a little more quiet.

After checking in we got a very small room first, which we refused.
Then got a bigger room, still one of the small side - but still slightly bigger (room 103). Bathroom is not too big but completely and with warm water and a rain shower.
In the room, everything is available, such as hot water, water kettle, airco, frtidge, TV, etc..
Breakfast was included. Buffet breakfast where you can order supplementary (omelettes).
Service at the hotel is excellent. Only the waiting time in the restaurant is sometimes very long. Also in the restaurant you should be careful not to sit below the airco, which is set at a very low temperature.
Cleaning of the rooms need to be asked. The room is then completely cleaned and towels changed.
One minus point: you have to pay for the Wi-Fi (100 INR for 12h and 24h for 200 INR).
However, when paid, the signal is very strong, so fast wifi - very well suited to Skype.
In the bathroom everything was loose - we reported this at the reception desk.

Very good service from desk staff (in our case need of doctor visits).

The last evening (we had a night flight), we got a room where we could change clothes before taking the cab to the airport.

This review is made taking into account the Indian hotel standards.

This is a clean comfortable hotel, centrally located. The rooms are smaller than they look in the photographs on booking sites. The staff are mostly helpful and friendly, except for the person I complained to about my booking. I booked one twin and one double room, but didn't get the twin room. I wasn't advised when I booked that no twin room was available. I had to share a double bed with my daughter, which meant neither of us slept very well.

Even if the room are small they are very clean, have nice marble everywhere, beautiful painting and a superb washroom. The include breakfast (continental or indian dishes) is what we need to start a day of walking, we are close to all we need to see in the center of this huge city. The staff is smiling and helpful, a mention to Rajiss, he can arrange you almost all your need. There is to a very good taxi driver that stay in front of the hotel is name is M. S .Yadav +91 8080164117 he drive safely on those crowded street.

Lovely hotel. Rooms quite small but to a modern spec. Food good. Staff friendly and helpful. Best thing was the location in the mumbai fort area. Not far from VT station and very easy to navigate yourself to all the main sites including the gateway to India. The perfect spot to be. For £40 a night you can't go wrong

Small, clean and friendly. Good location, quiet. Rooms very small but good clean en suite. AC. Free Wifi in Reception but you have to pay if you want it in your room. Free breakfast. Helpful staff. About 1 hour's drive from airport. Close to Churchgate and Victoria (CST) train stations. Good fish restaurants nearby.

Room Tip: Ask for twin bed rooms as they look more spacious.

We only stayed here one night because they were booked out but wished we could have stayed longer. When we couldnt book another night in they were very helpful and booked us another room at a hotel near by and also organised a taxi to the other hotel. We had no problems at all with the room, the shower was amazing and breakfast was also super delicious.

Stayed here for 3 nights in January. Was definitely good value and would stay here again. The rooms were in fact bigger than they looked on the review photos and although basic were clean and comfortable. It is very noisy in mumbai so best to take ear plugs if you want to sleep! The breakfast was good, and the room service meals were cheap and excellent. The staff here I remember as being particularly friendly and helpful--especially the chap on the door. Would recommend if in mumbai and on a budget. Good location too!
