They call themselves a 4 star, but they are more like a 2 star. Rooms dirty, staff rude. This is by far the worst hotel in Mumbai

Having read the reviews of this hotel and Eastern International we stayed here at the end of our Gujarat tour. We were very disappointed. The bedroom was shabby and we had to ask for clean pillowcases. The telephone didn't work, the door card failed on three occasions and the lift is antiquated.
Food was reasonable apart from the stale bread rolls served at dinner. We went to the Eastern International for dinnr one evening as it is better value for money.
We had stayed in several hotels during our holiday and this was the only one we would never return to.

This is a fantastic hotel. Firstly it is in a great area, walking distance to Juhu beach. Its locality is in the center of bombay, so is relatively easy to get around from. The staff are brilliant - from the manager down to the cleaners. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing - with lots of variety and is unlimited. The breakfast staff were great - particulary pradeep!
there is also free drop off/pickup to and from the airport. it has a good gym with personal trainers and a good swimming pool. There is also a wonderful restaurant on the top floor which does great food.
the only slight problem is that they have nightclub at the hotel about 4 days a week and it can get a bit noisy if your trying to sleep.
i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

A great hotel at the right price!!

The hotel is at a great location and very close to the beach. The staff was very cordial and helped me with a vehicle to the airport following the train bombing. The restaurant Mirchi serves the best kaboobs and food. It was quite an experience after staying at Hotel Transit. There are good coffee paces next to the building like Barrista and Coffee Day and a departmental store called Spinach. I will stay there again!

I stayed here for 3 weeks with some friends and was very happy with the hotel. It's a great base - very easy to get rickshaws / taxis outside. They're cheaper than other nearby hotels in Juhu - for the same star rating. The best thing about the hotel was the personal service, the staff excel at making you feel a valued customer and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Rooms - not bad, standard with a decent shower in ther en-suite. If you want an early night, be sure to ask for a room at the other end of the hotel away from the club entrance as can get very noisy. Food - breakfasts were great - esp. if you like south indian food! The room service was overpriced and took ages to arrive (we waited nearly an hour for a bombay sandwich). You're better off going down the road to one of the numerous cafes / restaurants for dinner.
Also - free airport transfers was a nice touch and if you're in the superior room then you also get 1hr internet free daily.
Finally - the basement club is pretty cool - there were a couple of bollywood parties whilst we were there - but is very noisy. We loved it but older people / families with kids may not be too impressed.
