Conveniently located, the service is also good.
Bathroom needs refubishing. Free pickup & drop to airport is really good.

The car was ready even at 5:30am.

The hotel is worst at the price at which they charge. Internet was not working. the shower dint have hot water. the carpet was stinking badly in the coridors. even after complains the hot water issue was not resolved. They charged us a heavy cost and then later we came to know that they offer cheaper prices too but just because we had a desperate need in early morning they charged us very expensive. the hotel is not at all family hotel. saw many cheap girls arround the hotel.

I have stayed at a lot of crappie hotels in India and this is one of them. The only difference is that Ramee calls itself a 4-star hotel.

I had no choice and stay there for three nights due to non-availability any other alternative (due to an expo in town).

When we arrived we were given a room that stank of smoke. I asked them immediately to change the room, which they did after a short argumentation. As the new room had only two beds and I was traveling with my wife, they upgraded us to (what they called) a premium room. Having seen the standard room there is not much difference really.

Not sure if the walls are extra-thin or if it was the connecting door to the other room, but we could hear everything our neighbor was talking about and they were speaking loudly. Unfortunately they talked until the middle of the night and a good sleep was impossible.
The next night we heard noises from the neighboring room as if someone was constantly unpacking things out of a plastic bag. Later this changed to the sounds of someone ripping apart some paper. This continued until midnight until I got up and noticed that it was coming from the aircondition shaft. I called the reception and told them that we have rats in the shaft. They acted immediately, but from the look on their faces I knew this was a common problem (which the cleaning lady confirmed to my wife the next day). They checked the shaft setup a trap and left without any apology.

Not sure what the management of this hotel is doing, but they should all be fired. Instead of ensuring a noise-free zone, they operate a club on the ground floor that will blow out your eardrums when you walk in and the music and bass can be heard and felt all the way up to the hotel rooms until way after midnight (I think in our case it was 2am). If you are looking for a good nights’ rest look elsewhere.

The staff is not making any effort being friendly, which is not adding to a good experience.

The breakfast like everything else in this hotel is completely unorganized and mismanaged.

The rooms and bathroom are fairly clean, but I have stayed in no-star hotels with similar facilities. The beds are comfortable, but due to the above reasons sleeping in them is impossible.

Wi-Fi is available at 750 rupees per 24 hours, which is a joke considering the speed of the connection. You have to buy vouchers from the front desk, which they deliver to your room when you are lucky.

Needless to say that I will never stay at this hotel again and highly recommend that you look somewhere else if you have the choice. There is also nothing much to do in Juhu unless you need to stay in the area for work purposes. The happiest moment in this hotel was when I checked out.

Room Tip: You can find a good room in another hotel. Not in this one.

I used to be a hotelier myself and usually I do not post negative comments unless I believe I'd be doing disservice by not posting it. As a matter of fact this is my 1st posting on Trip advisor. The staff and at least the mid management which a guest usually interacts with has absolutely no idea what hospitality is about. The service is extremely poor (I've experienced better service at non-star properties.) Will not recommend this property to anyone. It's absolutely not worth even a free stay. I could not get a room as promised. The staff constantly more interested in tips rather than making any effort to earn it. The final straw was when in their dining room "mirchi" half way into my meal I was asked to move to another table because someone else wanted it. I decided to leave without finishing my meal. BTW they didn't have any reservations either. It was simply on the whims of the other person's wish to take the table I was on and the greed of the retaurant manager that by pleasing this guest he would earn extra money. Extremely disappointing and reviewing other comments this is not an isolated experience. If you wish to enjoy your stay this is certainly not the hotel for it.

Room Tip: Its not simply the property but the people running it.

The hotel is situated very near the Juhu Beach, rooms are decent and clean, the food is average and you have a lot of options. Staff are courteous and helpful, nothing special in the hotel. The spa and health club are average. A very tight and small reception. Rooms are equipped decently, linen is slightly worn out, otherwise the hotel is good for the price you pay

Room Tip: Watchout for the music sound of the Disco this might disturb your sleep, take rooms higher up as pos...

Dont be surprised if you lost any valuable including your perfumes.... Although disco is the only plus point... its far off city for outing except juhu beach, which is gud for nothing...
I would think again to step in here... unless I have any job around juhu and also if I have good locks for all my luggage, including my undies
