If you go early this temple is really an oasis in the middle of bustling Juhu. Recommended if you are in the Juhu area.

Visiting ISKCON is a pleasurable experience for everyone in my family.

We love the exquisite idols and the calming feeling we get in their presence.

and after seeking the God's blessings, a visit to the Govinda pure vegetarian restaurant is a given.

Invariably we end up with a multi cultural meal where everybody shares everything from north indian snacks, south indian delicacies not forgetting outstanding pizzas. The Gopala Garden pizza is my son's perennial favourite.

I highly recommend a visit to ISKCON the next time you are in Soth Mumbai, It is conveniently located closed to the Girgaum Chowpatty beach

I visited ISCKON temple at the end of my sightseeing in Mumbai...and that was the best part about it! After a tiring day , the peaceful atmosphere wraps you in its calm flow...which was exactly what we needed to sit back and absorb our days journey. We did get to eat some Samosa's on special recommendation from our taxi driver, and it was good!

Its tucked a little away from Chowpatty beach.

Truly spiritual experience to hear the aarti.

Don't forget to eat at the vegetarian restaurant (Govinda?) next door.

Plenty of good books to buy too.

A beautiful place to visit both in the city as well as that in the suburbs of Mumbai....

International Society for Krishna Consciousness, also popularly known as the Hare Krishna movement is a spiritual society founded by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada in July 1966 in New York.

The aim of ISKCON is to acquaint all people of world with universal principles of self-realization and God consciousness so that they may derive the highest benefit of spiritual understanding, unity and peace.

Must go during the Aarti times to get the best feel of this temple followed by a scrumptious meal at their Pure Veg Govinda Restaurant.
