“Practice ur bargaining skills!”

Fashion street - the name says it all...If its in fashion, its available at this street.

This place has always been famous for cheap clothing, though it does not remain all that cheap now! One can find good stuff but it surely takes a lot of time & energy to find something really worth buying or else you should really be lucky.

We shop there mainly for Cargos. Good for Tees, tops, pyjamas, etc. Amazing place for college students - not too heavy on the parents pockets.

If you are a visitor to Mumbai, you should surely give this place a try.

“It's a paradise for shoppers!”
Reviewed April 28, 2013

It's a paradise for shoppers and if you are a bargain expert, the place is all yours. For all the replicas of top notch brands, cool cotton dresses, chappals, accessories, cheap shopping, this is a great place. There is a shop just opposite to HDFC ATM and I shopped nine pairs of fashionable footwear from that shop and I am good at bargaining so I made an awesome deal. Be it a shop or a vendor, if you know how to bargain, you will get great stuff at nice prices.

“Worth hunting down...”

A great place to buy some clothes and footwear at amazing prices. But be ready to haggle.
If you are patient and lucky enough you will even get some good pieces of originals at dirt cheap prices.

There is nothing special about Fashion street except old iconic status linked with Mumbai. Besides name you can consider it as an everyday street market which requires lot of haggling and smartness to make a justified and reasonable purchase.

“Great price”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

Streched from CST station to Charchgate place place to buy cloths. For mens T-shirt starting rang from 100 Rs. Jeans - 300 Rs. Shirts -+ 150 Rs.
For girls top starting range - 80 Rs. etc...

If you think you will get low quality cloths in cheap price then think again. Its Bombay... You will get quality best cloths in less price.

Shopkeepers tells you a high price but you should be expert in bargining.
E.g. if Tshirt is cost Rs. 500 you ask him to sell it into 80 Rs. Dont feel shy while bargining. He will make sell price 300 Rs. you increase your pirce like 100 Rs & stay on 100 only. or start leaving shop. he will definatly call you & deal final....

FS not just has cloths but also nice watches & sun glasses too. Street is clean & well maintained. You wont get tired by walking. Though space is little conjusted but still you will enjoy it. Dont enter directly into shops. first roam the whiole market & then choose.

It is good that FS shops does not use plastic bags, They use paper bags.
So pack your pocket & go for best shopping in town.!!!!
