It's one thing trying to peddle mush as Spanish food but another to try and hoodwink your patrons about wine by the glass. I thought these tactics has long been binned. Sula as a Malbec is a no brainer. Grow up guys!

We were 8 people, all friends who went to Amadeus and all vegetarians.

The restaurant is certainly very classy, have their own valet parking and function in two rounds , the first at 8.30 pm and the second one at 10.30 pm. So make sure you book in advance for either of the rounds and specially if you plan to go over the weekend, ensure you reserve a day or two in advance at least. Amadeus is extremely solicited and you will sure be in for a disappointment if you have not booked. On weekdays, it would be ok to reserve the same day.

There are two parts to it, the bar and the cafe. The bar is undoubtedly much smaller than the cafe. The cafe has an outdoor and indoor seating, the outdoor seating being the more limited of he two. With the constant sea breeze, you can be sure that it will never be too hot outside.

The bar has a fancy collection of Indian and foreign wines as well cocktails and usually sought after varieties of alcohol, you can be mostly sure of finding all that you might want given the large international collection available.

The Sangria pitchers can be interesting if you are a large group. The wines are, to be honest, not excessively priced, as would usually be the case with a lot of fancy restaurants. Ordering a whole bottle of wine would not be that heavy on the pocket. One thing, they accept only credit card or cash coupons, no cash accepted at all.

I must commend the service, which I found extremely attentive, though a credit for it would go to a few particular people among the service staff, not all of them. When we called to reserve, we were told it was full and the front desk seemed to be quite abrupt , harsh and robotic in their replies. I out ourselves on the waiting list and went there early to ensure that we would get a space. On getting there, i was pleasant to find that they willingly accommodated us and even proposed an alternative space in the bar, though of course due to several cancellations, we finally ended up getting a very table space. Thanks to some of the really courteous and accommodating staff of the restaurant.

The menu has a large vegetarian component, among the Tapas, Cocas, Paelle, Tagine, it is largely Spanish with a smaller variety of other Mediterranean dishes.

The food is largely very good and worth the money you are paying and the service is very good and attentive, they are quite sensitive to their guest's needs and are forever around to make sure that you have what you want.

The portions are very individual, just about serves a second person if you are a light-eater.

Good ambience, very classy, not too brightly lit and large spaces, the perfect place to get friends and converse around dinner.

The cafe at NCPA has a few covers seating outdoors, the ambience is great and the service is pretty decent. The garlic bread was to die for. Post a show at NCPA we sat down for dinner in a corner. The place does not serve alcohol but the berry bang is quite nicely done. It serves short eats and some decent snacks. The sesame crusted fish and the parsi fare is pretty decent. good place to sit and soak in teh sea breeze in the evening. You can see the chefs preparing your food at the open counters.

Located in one of mumbai iconic buildings the NCPA, this restaurant is a relative newcomer on the scene.

The decor is nice very new age and has a good spacious lounge and spacious restaurant seating.

The service is well informed, well trained and ver efficient.

The menu is extensive, yet relevantly limited and divided into the usual sections in a spanish restaurant like tapas, pinxos, paellas
etc. we ordered one 2 tapas, 1 pinxo, 1 paellela and a desert along with a round of drinks. Everything was superb. One might say the food borders more on new age spanish then authentic but we were very happy with everything from the plating to the taste.

Now the price would definately put in the ranks with restaurants in the surrounding star rated hotels and why not? I thought it was well worth it.

I highly reccomend a booking especially if your on a special night out or else you could be dissapointed as the place is very popular and mostly full.

Went here for dinner with the family - 6 adults and one newborn. We made reservations on the day off and got one for the 8:30 spot on the outside veranda (yes even on a Monday they were busy!).

Outside was romantic and a bit on the darker side, but you could see the inside dining area which provides for an interesting feel. The service is great, though there were a few hiccups. Not every waiter knew about the menu (had to get the manager to ask about the wine flight featured on the menu and had to ask two waiters before we found out what was in a particular dish). In addition, the tea light glass broke on us and we had to ask two waiters before we got it cleaned up. That said, everything else was fantastic, staff are attentive for the most part (asking every individual if they enjoyed the meal) and the extensive menu is fantastic. They even provided an extra chair for the 2month old to sleep in while we ate.

The appetizers are featured as tapas (had the mix meats platter, mezze platter and veg brie pies) and next time I'd like to try a bunch of tapas in lieu of a main meal.

They had a great cocktail menu, we had the sangria pitchers - strawberry and mint one was light and refreshing, featuring a white wine. My favourite was the classic with it's bolder red wine feature, it was also refreshing but slightly on the sweeter side.

I had the prawn entrée and it was great, portions were small if you are used to the larger portions available at south asian/american restaurants, but it was definitely satisfying. The pork belly and steak also got rave reviews. The paella wasn't bad either.

For dessert we had the chocolate ganache with hazelnut ice cream and the molten lava cake with marscapone ice cream - all succulent and devilishly good!

We'd definitely go back. By the way the final bill wasn't bad at all ! We spent the same at Mainland China which was a shocker! 6 adults with drinks (one beer, two half sangria pitchers), 3 appys, 6 main courses and 2 dessert came up to 9000 rs/- inclusive of tip

They have a website but it's not functional.
