this is a budget hotel between domestic and international airports, rooms are very small ,but clean, no lift, good front office staff, provide courtesy airport transfers, there is a bar and restaurant, not so busy .nearest suburban station is andheri west which is about 40-50 rs by autorickshaw. shops and small restaurants in walkable distance

Room Tip: lower floor rooms are better as there is not lift facilty

We chose this hotel for its closeness to the airport and with this in mind, the location is great.
We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, but the food was not spectacular although clean.
It's a place where you can stay with your children, there are things to do for them on the premises, but I wish the swimming pool were cleaner.
If you're in for some loud entertainment, there are some places to go, but if you want a quiet evening, there are some options too.
I wish it were slightly cleaner or shinier.

It's an ok choice if you need to get to the airport at some weird hour, otherwise - if you're not planning to spend lots of time there.

The only advantage this hotel has is the proximity with the airport, rest leaves much to be desired, There is no lift, the rooms are small,...very small, the furniture and tv looks like it has been bought second hand or from a budget store sale at basement bargain prices, the bathroom area is still smaller, you cant wash your hands without dirtying them all over again by touching the basin. lizards roam the corridor and sneak in to the room from under the door. The break fast is tasteless, and served in the open verandah which itself is not clean and lot of street noise abound.I ordered chinese for dinner and took chef's recommendation, it was so bad i left half of it uneaten. Not recommended unless you are desperate.Oh and yes...the hotel wants payment upfront !!

Room Tip: If you must stay here, ask for a room on ground or first floor as there is no lift.

First - my ratings of "very good" is with this in mind: this is a budget/midrange hotel in Bombay, India. Not Europe.

The hotel is located in Andheri area in the north of Bombay, just north of the airport. Clean rooms and bathroom with Indian midrange standard. You usually get a lot less for 3000rs in Bombay. Very friendly and service minded staff. Location is close to both international and domestic terminals (5 min night time, 10-20 daytime depending on traffic). Airport pick up and leaving was included in the price. The car was clean and actually had AC that was on and working!

A really good midrange choice if you only use Bombay as a stopover for changing flights. Or want to sleep close to the airport for one of those very early morningflights that seems to be so common flying out of India to Europe.

If it's your first trip to India, you might think the hotel is not the cleanest and the staff is just doing their job. But if you been around in the country for a while, you'll certainly appreciate the cleanliness and effeciency from the staff :)

If it's your first time in Bombay arriving from elsewhere in India, you might think the price tag is a joke. But this is Bombay. Every hotel is 5 times the price of everywhere else in India. Even compared to Delhi.

The location means this hotel is just for someone that needs to be close to the airport. If you want to see Bombay city, go downtown to Colaba etc.

With that said, the local area is really not that uninteresting. If you have some hours left over, it's definitely worth taking a walk in the area. I'd suggest walk left from the hotel entrance, turning right at the first main cross road, follow the noicy main road a couple of hundred meters through local street markets. When you reach a "gate" into the "slums" on your right side, take right and and walk in. No traffic anymore but plenty of street life, market stalls, chai shops etc. Nice to spend an hour or two with some chai overlooking the daily life in Andheri. Seems to be a very friendly area with good atmosphere.

Hotel was ok. There was a communication error between hotel & airport taxi pickup. Info'd hotel that will need taxi 4 3 adults & a toddler. Hotel didnt relay info to the taxi driver who picked us up in a tiny car!!! Room was fine, quite compact. Good room service & food. Clean bathrooms. If u need a taxi to go elsewhere in mumbai the reception will help u. Ideal for travellers who have a few hours wait before their next flyt. We had a 12hr wait b4 our nxt flyt so this was ideal as only 4km from the airport.

OMG! this place is the worst place I have ever stayed. The staff are beyond incompetent and kept us waiting almost 2 hours for our airport pick up which was included in the price of our room. The room was dirty and damp, the staff we unhelpfull and rude. No hot water, dirty sheets, dirty toilet, Walls covered in stains and dirt. The security in also very bad, the reception and main hotel are separate buildings and you have to go back onto the street to get to your room. Anyone can walk into the hotel and break into a room and it's on the main road. We asked for clean towels, toilet paper and for our room to be cleaned 4 times and it still was not done after we came back from being out for the day. Reception staff are unhelpful and rude. Its also very over priced for what it is. I stayed in another place for an extra 250rps and it was a million times better. Not one good thing to say about it!!!
