I enjoyed a nice Sunday lunch at Rajdhani and was impressed by the high quality food, variety of the thali, and attentive waiters. A fun experience.

“Wholesome Thali”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 3, 2013

The standard of food at Rajdhani, all the branches that I've been to has remained consistent over the years. There's always variety in their vegetable dishes and the staff are always smiling and cheerful. The best time to go there is in mango season. The Aam rass is lovely.
If there's one thing I don't like, which they and a few other places have started doing is sprinkling shredded coconut on the food. It's not really Gujarati and spoils the taste of the food.

“Not worth for the exorbitant price”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 30, 2013

Recently they increased the price of their thali, but have done nothing to make their food better.
Their service and the whole experience is still wonderful and if you are looking for good gujrati food, then this is the place to be.

But if you don't want to spend too much on average food, then there are many many better options available which are better on your taste buds and lighter on your wallet.

“Do not hurry on me”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 16, 2013

Rajdhani thali has recently been growing to multiple location from their lone restaurant in south mumbai. Being a thali restaurant it gives a multiple choices and avoid any confusion and time delay in ordering specially if you go with a big group (like team luches or parties)

The food is typical gujrati/rajasthani, courtesy of the staff is very nice. Food is always fresh and hot and you feel like its a great value for the money. The only thing that i hate is they just push you a lot asking sir do you want more? can i get you this? and mind you this is not pure hospitality but i always feel like they mean can you eat faster?
