First of all never book hotels from cleartrip because they show false pics of hotel n will never help you if ur in problem.about the hotel now The rooms were old and shabby, The bedsheets had stains all over them and smelt like old sweat. The hotel was indeed good one. I had stayed earlier also in the same hotel. The ambience is very good and staffs are very friendly and very co operative.
In all togather it was very comfortable to be there.

Not even close to the description given online - the photos of the hotel and the rooms were probably taken when the place was first built, and probably the only time it was ever cleaned/maintained!

The rooms were shabby, with paint peeling off the walls and ceilings, the walls were dirty, sheets/quilt were stained and dirty, furniture and fixtures either broken (broken switches, power points etc) or in a completely dilapidated condition (doors hanging off the hinges, paint peeling), and the room and the hotel had the most awful odour - bad even by Mumbai standards! The hotel staff tried to mask it by spraying copious amounts of air freshener a few minutes before I entered.

I stayed in the hotel for all of 5 minutes - using it to keep my baggage while heading out and searching for another hotel in the area. If ratings below 1 were available, I'd use it. In short, stay away from this hotel and DON'T believe the descriptions given.

Room Tip: Avoid like the plague!

I stayed at this hotel with my family for 3 nights. It is close to Juhu beach but is a awful hotel. The rooms are smelly, dusty and dirty. We had to ask the staff every day for clean bed sheets and towels, but the towels and bed sheets they gave weren't very clean. Standard of room is very poor and I wouldn't even class this hotel as 1 star. There was no hot water either.
Also be careful if you book a taxi through the hotel to go to the train station or airport, as we book a taxi through the front reception and confirmed it 3 times with them, but in the morning they said no taxi was available but they could drop us off but would cost twice as much as the price we agreed for the taxi. They used the hotel car to drop us off and tried to take their time so they could charge us even more as we were getting late.

Room Tip: I booked 7 flags international hotel that was about the same price as this hotel and was a much better hotel. Although a little further from Juhu beach, a taxi or rickshaw cost no more that around 100 rupees.

The worst stay you will ever have in this hotel, if it can be called that, is next to Juhu beach so it makes you think it is a nice place to stay. So wrong, the staff barely speak English and do not want to help you one bit. The rooms were old and shabby, to me looked like an old office block was converted rather then hotel. The bedsheets had stains all over them and smelt like old sweat. The shower had no hot water for the first night (even after we told them they did nothing), the mattress was a very, very thin piece of foam so felt like you were just sleeping on a piece of wood. Me and my friend stayed there but were only given one towel and every time we asked for another they just made out lke they didn't speak English. Rats outside, and the toilet was minging and small, o small it almost felt lke you are having a shower with one foot in the toilet (sorry but it really was that small, no sower curtain or anything just a shower head) what made it worse is that Holiday Inn was just £10 more per night but that is a trusted bradn with clean bed and a matress and decent shower/toilet. NEVER stay here unless you want a bad back dirty toilet cold water and mardy service. Plus no taxi driver or rick shaw know were it is because it is tucked away

Room Tip: for £10 more holiday inn i so much better, trusted hotel. Plus in a city like mumbai unless you pay you will get this kind of quality there is no middle ground its either good or terrible
