i liked this place a lot, though i found the rooms though stylish a bit too sterile
staff was excellent and very polite, this is the key thing that will keep me coming back here,
breakfast was just ok

We stayed here while passing through the nearby international and domestic airports. Included in the price is a luxury car service which takes you to and from either terminal. Other than the proximity to the airport, there is nothing else around, so you have to hire a taxi to take you into the city. The rooms feature an attractive modern design with accents in bright colors. All the rooms face an open courtyard with a reflecting pool around the edge. The pool's edge was quite dirty in places; covered in dust and bird droppings. Not something you would expect at hotel of this price category, especially since the standards of cleanliness were otherwise quite high. There is a beautiful pool and health club available to guests, unfortunately you have to pay extra. For a hotel that costs this much, I would expect the room rate to be inclusive of the use of the pool. The same goes for the internet; while other hotels costing half as much provided free internet access, the Gordon Suites again chose to charge extra. A word of warning: check your invoices: we were charged a higher room rate than on the booking confirmation we received from them a few months earlier. Overall a nice hotel, but not quite up to the standards suggested by its price class.

Hello Friends, I have been to Gordon Suites after my bad experience with Sahara 3 Star, its a nice hotel , all the rooms are theme based. Each floor constitute a theme. I have been reinforest theme rooms , it has got a feel of woods, the room is comfortable & is very much afordable compared to Hotels of its class. There is a club which you get entry when you stay in the hotel , it has got a lovely swimming pool, restaurant & Gym. I would advice for leisure & business travellers to try.

I travel to Mumbai quite often and have stayed in Gordon House (near International Airport) for 3-4 times during my business trips.

The first thing which attracts me about Gordon House is that each of the five floors has a separate theme based on the five elements of universe. I would definitely recommend to try Water and Fire themes.

The rooms are very cozy with a distinctive touch to the bathrooms. The service is good and the food served is quite nice. In terms of guest service, I was once upgraded because the normal room was not available. Do try the club house, the swimming pool is one of the largest I have seen in hotels in India.

However, if you would like to have a feeling of hotel stay then Gordon house is not the place. Guests are not allowed after 10 PM and your name is checked in the register before you can enter from the main gate. Also the hotel is situated bit off the main road, and the road leading to the hotel is in a poor condition.

Overall, a nice option to stay.

I am a regular visitor to Gordon House suites in mumbai as my company has a business tie up with them. This is a good value for money in the deal that we have with them.

Overall, staff is very polite, full of courtsey. Rooms are excellent with different themes (sand / hills / beach etc).

Only one watchout - confirm your booking twice. I got my booking confirmed once, but due to one of staff's mistake - could not get room when i reached there. Also, on food - not many options for vegetarian.

Unfortunately I could only stay one night at this wonderful hotel. It´s very modern. Staff is very flexible. I had to check out at 5am and could have breakfast served to my room at no extra charge. The stationay (letter envelopes, paper for letters etc.) with hotel logo on it had also my name printed on it! Amazing hotel!
