We found the reception very helpful and the staff were always friendly. The air conditioning was a little noisy but it did its job well. Breakfast was served to the room and was OK - small but enough.
Overall a nice hotel with a clean room in a good location.

Helpful staff, and good value rooms considering how expensive everything is in Mumbai. Definitely would stay here again, was in a great location and was nice and clean. Within walking distance of cst and colaba, and near lots of good value restaurants/cafe's.

Small rooms, small bathroom, no place to really sit and chat with the other guests. The wifi is great but as many have confirmed it only works in the hallway. There is also a usable computer in the hall for those without a laptop. The staff were really friendly and they bring you breakfast in the morning. It is very close to the famous Leopold Cafe and there are two restaurants on either side of the inn (which is nice). We didn't really have any problems with the place. The only thing really missing is a nice open space for the guests to relax and chat together. For some reason the terrace is unaccessible, which would have been the perfect place to sip on some chai and share traveling experiences. Overall a great hotel especially for the price.

We arrived very tired at the hotel at 7 am, and they told us that the room was ready but if we wanted to check in before 11 am we had to pay. We had bad luck because we booked and paid in advance for 5 nights, in other case we would change for another hotel after the firs night. The staff are very rude and unhelper. You have to take your brakfast at the bedroom. And they do not clean your room everyday.
The bed sheets are plenty of holes,
For the moey that you pay for this hotel you have others with a perfect quality.

The rooms are small but you get the essentials: bed, bathroom, sink. The water doesn't seem to get too warm even when the warm switch is on. The service was fine and the majority of the staff are friendly and helpful, others not so much. You get breakfast sent to your room, and they clean daily. The wifi was not so great as you had to go into the hallway to get a signal and even then the wifi was faulty. Overall though, I would say the hotel was a pretty decent one.

Booked a triple bed room but was given a very basic double with an extra matress which barely fitted on the floor!

Check in staff were fine with us (contrary to other reviews on here) and they helped us to book a taxi to the airport.

The bathroom was clean and had hot water and there was free wi-fi which worked in the corridors.

It was the most expensive hotel we went to in our 6 weeks in India and wasn't value for money. However after a fair amount of research before we went, it does seem like this place is the best of a very expensive bunch in Mumbai.

If you do stay here get the address and a map beforehand as the taxi drivers are beyond useless.

Overall we had a good 2 night stay at Hotel Travellers Inn. In a place where good budget accommodation can be hard to find, HTI fit the bill nicely. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was basic but perfect for backpackers.

Tip: it's really hard to find and the taxi drivers can't understand the map from the website. Print off as much information as you can to give yourself the best chance of finding it, especially it traveling late at night
