Well. The stay was only decent. It was not that great as it is located very deep inside Andheri inside some gullies. The breakfast has very limited choices. It would cost you to go anywhere as you have to take a cab or auto.

Even though our booking with advance payment 10%, was for an Executive Salon Room with three beds, we were offered only an ordinary double room. The counter staff lady said the Executive Salon Room is occupied and have not made any deduction on the room rent. Secondly when enquired at the time of booking they said they have full option cable connection and when we tried we could not find a single Malayalam channel. We came to stay for 5 days, but due to above reasons we had to check out after 2 days. One tea is costing Rs.45/- and single chappathi is Rs.25/-. There are no other restaurants in that area and we can say the hotel is in a slum. Terrible location.

Stayed there for the ideal location it had for my business visit. Was under construction and not even name was mentioned outside property. Rooms are good and spacious. No restaurants. Don't wait for the breakfast to be delivered to your rooms. Take it only for the location if need be.

The hotel is located in sher-e-punjab area of andheri(e) but in a spot that can best be desribed as a slum. The rooms are under renovation and all rooms should be fully ready by end of jan 2013. Decor is quite nice, beds & pillows are brand new and very comfortable. All rooms have a 32 inch LCD TV with a tata sky DTH connection. No fridge. 1 bottle of mineral water is complimentary. The A/C's are daikin split units. Bathroom is separated from the room by a classy frosted glass partition and fittings are all from Grohe. There are huge gaps between the glass panels and frames thus reducing the A/C effectiveness and if u have to share the room with someone other than a spouse it can get very uncomfortable (gap between batroom door and frame is 1/2 inch). Hotel has room service but no restaurant. Food is decent but quite expensive and portions are smaller than expected. Running hot water is available but not for very long. They have free airport pickup and drop which is very good and efficient as long as your flight lands in the daytime. Late night pickup is erratic. No wi-fi available in room (hotel staff says it will be available soon). Rooms were around 2800 a night including breakfast, so quite reasonable.

This hotel is completely in the residential area...also lot of food options are available. Though if you are coming for the first time to this hotel then you have to struggle to reach this place. so better to take hotel's conveyance as they provide free pick service from Airport. Also you have very limited option duirng breakfast.....so need to adjust within their offerings.
