This is a budgeted hotel with 3 star tariff . We arrived tired and irritated after a not so pleasant bus ride from Bangalore and on the way stopped in front of this hotel. We believed in the tripadvisor rating and check in. This is a overrated hotel with one timer reviewer and does not deserve to be in no 1 for sure. Also this hotel in very very far from city and we ended up spending huge amount on Auto risk haw ride. The rooms are average and service is below par with any good budgeted hotel .

Room Tip: My advise, please get a hotel on harsha road which is much cheaper/better

Dear Sir/Mam,

Please accept our apologies if you have felt that we are overpriced. However would like to provide a small clarification. We are exactly 4.9 Kms from the KSRTC suburban Bus station ( considering Mysore's traffic it would approximately require around 12 minutes (+/- 5 minutes) to our hotel). More over if you were travelling from Bangalore you need not go to the KSTRC suburban Bus station because our Hotel is on the highway just diagonally opposite to the Columbia asia hospital. Since you had already viewed our reviews we were just a call away for a complimentary pick-up from the bus station. I would also like to keep you informed that the reviewers of our hotel might be one time reviewers just like you but they are our repeat guests

Thanks and Best Regards

It was impossible to find any fault in any aspect of this hotel. Every member of staff we encountered was so helpful, courteous and able. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was just lovely. The room was the height of comfort. The food at the restaurant "SWAD" was exceptional. Would definately recommend this hotel and will certInly stay there when we next visit mysore:)

Enjoyed the warm welcome given by very, very helpful and dedicated staff. The restaurant is too good and the prices of the food is very reasonable. The room is very well maintained and is very clean. The whole ambiance coupled with the location and the view of Chamundi Hills from the room made my stay at the hotel just great..

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for you feedback. However have a small clarification. The hotel is just around 5 kims from the KSRTC Suburban Bus station and not 10 Kms :-)

The rooms are tastefully done and clean. The view of the Chamundi Hills is heartwarming in morning. The housekeeping staff are earnest and dedicated. So expect your room to be clean when you return to it. The staff are courteous and ensure that your stay is more pleasant. They have vegetarian restaurant cuisine with a couple of Western dishes thrown into the mix. Hygienic. I am good with that. They have a well maintained swimming pool for those fancying a dip. There is also wi-fi connectivity available at reasonable speeds. However, there is a daily limit. There is a spa which offers decent services at nominal prices.

My stay of 2 weeks (including valentines day) couldn't have been more memorable. My partner and I had requested the dinner to be served at our room. To our utmost pleasant surprise, we were greeted a candle light dinner. It had been arranged exclusively for us under the moonlight, overlooking the pool. Never have I heard of this happening before. It was a privilege that I enjoyed. I think it's a privilege extended to all guests to make them feel special. Privilege of that extra effort. That's what sets atrium boutique hotel apart. Needless to say, I am coming back for more.
