The hotel is a wonderful old building near the centre of Mysore. Our room spacious and clean and overlooked the trees of the central courtyard. The furnishings were a little old fashioned, but that was in keeping with the atmosphere of the place. The food was good and there is a small swimming pool to cool off in. You can hear the trains passing through the nearby station, but it is not so loud as to be irritating. Overall highly recommended.
