“calm and peaceful .......”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 2, 2013

When we visited the church it was a weekday and so there was no crowd at all . We prayed for 15 to 20 mins and the feeling was very good .

The church it self is a beautiful structure . Worth visiting , avoid Sunday it will be too crowded.

“Nice place”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 26, 2012

We visited this place last week. It was a very old structure and we liked and enjoyed thoroughly the architecture. Kids too marvelled at the structure and the church very much.

“Easy Access”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 26, 2012

The church is in the midst of the city and easily accessible. The architecture is wonderful. Good enough for spending at least half an hour.

“Excellent stained glass”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 18, 2012

This is a very nice old church with outstanding stained glass. Unusual in that a Catholic Church is full of Hindu's. Worth a short stop.

“a monument of beauty reflecting the religious tolerance of lthe Wodeyar's Maharaja's of Mysore”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 8, 2012

A church built in anglican style when mysore was under the Suzeranity of British empire reflects the true religious tolerance of the maharaja's of Mysore, and is located on the old Mysore Bangalore Road now called Ashoka Road and which connects to the Northern entrance of the beautiful Ambavilas Palace, is worth a visit. It lis a catholic shrine.
