“a monument of beauty reflecting the religious tolerance of lthe Wodeyar's Maharaja's of Mysore”
Reviewed December 8, 2012

A church built in anglican style when mysore was under the Suzeranity of British empire reflects the true religious tolerance of the maharaja's of Mysore, and is located on the old Mysore Bangalore Road now called Ashoka Road and which connects to the Northern entrance of the beautiful Ambavilas Palace, is worth a visit. It lis a catholic shrine.

“Quiet and nice church”
Reviewed December 7, 2012

Its a great place to see from outside and not so much from the inside. Drop by to make sure you walk around it and don't keep the expectations high for the insides.

“AWE INSPIRING”
Reviewed December 2, 2012

The architecture is fantastic. The area is not understood by tourists as a solemn sanctum. The predicament is that even though it is a tourist spot it is not a tourist spot, ie respect is to be given to it's premises as regards, attire, loud talk, behaviour, 'Have Been There' snap shot. Remember, it is a place of worship.,

“A beautiful small church with unique design.”
Reviewed November 22, 2012

Beautiful church and well maintained, only trouble there is no volunteer to guide some tourists who come and make noise while inside the church, they do not understand the meaning of the place being a sacred place and start talking and laughing out loud, which hurts the sentiments of the few who come to pray as well.

There must be a volunteer to guide those who just want to come and see the place without making rather without disturbing those who come to not only visit but also pray. Overall a nice place and must visit church while in Mysore as the exteriors have a unique look very naive and nice
